  1. I'll give the O.P. first dibs since this is his thread and I offered them to him first. If he don't want them it will be $80 for the front & 2 pins & $60 for the rear. I don't want to ship them as they are pretty heavy and awkward to package. I live close to New Philadelphia and my office is on the Akron/Barberton border.

Stands in use for those not familiar with this type.

  2. How much for just the front?

I'll see if they sell together first, I think they would be better as a pair. The pins I have with it are the #1 & 8T. I'm getting out of the business of fixing all my friends bikes for free and want these out of my garage.

  3. It looks like Sat Jun-18th is going to be the go date for this years ride to the gorge. I'm going to try and start a new thread here and C.O.R.E. this weekend with the details. Right now I got 3 CBX's for sure making the trip and more than likely going to do 2 groups.

  4. I'm in for the ride and grew up on "CHiPs" The bikes on the show are KZ 1000 police specials and they were still in production up until a few years ago. I have the first 2 seasons of CHiPs on DVD and the movie "CHiPs 99" on VHS.

  5. This year I got a group of guys coming down from Michigan June 17, 18, & 19. They will be staying at the Days Inn @ St Clairsville. One of the days they want me to take them down to the bridge and there will be some other shorter local rides in between. On the bridge ride we are probably going to have 2 groups, some of the MI guys are bringing vintage iron (Honda CBX's & such) and I don't want them trying to keep pace with the "A" group. I'll probably start a new thread when I get the details ironed out.

  6. Incredible stories here and this is always a sore subject for me. In the end only you know what is best for your pet and it will be a tough decision either way. I just lost my Giant Scnauzer back in Jan and I could not think straight for a week. He wasn't even 8 years old yet and I think he had a heart attack. He had just had a check up back in Nov and the vet gave him a thumbs up. I just got his grave marker last Wed and placed it.

Three weeks later my wife brings me home another. It was way to soon for me at the time but I have grown to love my new Giant and he go's with me every where including the office. I still miss Duke terribly but time is the only thing that will heal that.

  7. I have a few, I just really hate scanning old photo's as it take forever. I was stationed at NAS Miramar with VF-126 (88-92), we played the commies to give the fighter jocks something to shoot at and we were in the same hanger as NFWS (Top Gun) We also flew T2 aircraft for spin recovery training for f-14's

This is a CH-53 at the bombing range near Fallon NV. There were 10 of us in here and we would fly around all day looking for un-exploded ordnance then the helo would land, we hop out and mark it then the EOD boys would show up and detonate it.

  8. e-flores those are some great shots! There is another member here from Uniontown (I think) that takes some outstanding photo's from Mid-Ohio and Indy as well, hopefully he will post up some of his work.

I shoot MX the most now, Much easier when the bikes are going slower and you can get a few feet away. I have all the originals from these so I can remove the watermarks easily.

  9. Apple has done a great job of marketing their products and brain washing people into thinking Apple products are so great.

    Kinda like Harley.

I have 1 G4 from around 2001 that I use to backup photo's on and I always said that would be the last new apple product I ever purchase.

  10. Some of you guys really need to check State Farm for insurance, they rate bikes by engine size and could care less what type of bike it is ( Super sport, Cruiser,)

My most expensive bike is $117 (1200cc) and my least expensive is my Zuma at $9.47 (50cc). Those rates are per year, full coverage 100/300/100. It helps that I insure my homes, cars & life with State Farm as well and the only claims I have ever filed are for 2 car windshields in 27 years on the road.

I agree with everyone else that says riding without insurance is just plain dumb and that includes medical insurance as well.
