Congrats, as far as keeping the cold out i wear rockys thermal pants(from walmart), a hoody under my riding jacket, a face mask with a scarf around my neck, and all other normal gear(helmet,boots, gloves). I recommend heated gear if you go cold enough, my fingers hurt for a while if its under 40.

I bought some bolt together Gorilla stands from ebay they came from Canada for around $80 haven't had any problems with them. Pretty solid I like them

I went with your idea, just got mine today and they hold pretty solid. I tried moving the bike to see if it falls and it didnt budge.

Hell I found aa EXO400 for like 60 last spring note I wear a XXL

I have yet to see proof that a $500 helmet protects any better than a $200 helmet. Snell or ECE means more than the price tag.

Exactly, i recently bought a "BRAND NEW" helmet, i just simply dont care for the fit on my head while riding. I ended up giving my HJC that i loved to someone who doesnt have a helmet. So im looking for a used helmet that im hoping to like more than as a backup.

I recently bought a new helmet and after riding with it, i feel like its more of a back-up helmet. At least the woman likes it. Anyway im looking to pick up another helmet for under $100. Im a fan of scorpion and hjc but im not opposed to others.

I am planning to have the timing belt and waterpump changed on the focus, already had a ford dealer quote me for $550. Figured i check to see if someone on here knows their stuff and wants to do it and make money. Or if you know a good mechanic thats decent priced close to urbana.

imo I think kawi keeps getting uglier with their bikes though. The orginal zx14 was ok, this one is getting close to the ugly side; although the new busa is pretty ugly too.

In all honesty though the new zx10 is well, i put something in the toilet prettier than it.

$200 to go a straight for a mile, tad to much for my pockets.

It sounds cool, check with other members here for welding, they can do it cheaper than a shop would. Another thing that i have no idea on fitting, is see if a suzuki bandit exhaust would be of help. Just a thought.

What about a PF9? Although it is basically a Ruger LC9, Im thinking about picking up one for myself.
