Just added a 2012 versys 650 to my garage, valve service coming up in 900 miles. Anyone around south/ east Ohio do them? Hesitant to take to a dealer and they not even check them.

So I bought a 1985 Honda 450 for $1200 yesterday. Rode well, title matched VIN plate, even had new tires. Message the guy to thank him and let him know I'm home... he's blocked me. Red flag. So I am looking ove title and it says it's a 250 (overlooked it before, just checked VIN). I check again and they match. I look at VIN stamped on frame and it's different. He must have had a bike laying around and swapped VIN. Maybe lost title to bike I bought or? Checked both VIN numbers, neither salvage or stolen. What should be my course of action here!? Any help appreciated.
