  1. Let's keep this going. I also need someone to re-stretch some carpet due to a poor install.
  2. Looking for the following: -Estate planning attorney. -Chimney expert for inspection & repairs. -Pest control, specifically squirrels. Thanks!
  3. I just did this 3 weeks ago with the house I lived in for 11 years. This is more like having to drive by the old house everyday on your way to and from your new house.
  4. Can't believe I've been apart of this site for so long. This is a great place, even with the lower activity. Met a lot of people on here and made a ton of great connections. I know we all appreciate what the admins have done with this forum over the years. Hope to see some of you out and about in the future.
  5. My buddy needs a recommendations for a repair shop somewhere around northern Akron. He needs some clutch work done and the place he normally goes to wants to charge him what I think is a crazy amount. Long shot, I know.
  6. I think it looks better than the current Silverado. I think they went a little too far towards the Hyundai Santa Cruz-like styling, but I’m still impressed. This is the same company that designed the Bolt, so I know the bar is low.
  7. Get some new tires on the ST and actually drive it more than 1,000 miles. Tough having to juggle car seats in and out of my work car.
  8. Which OEM is selling unfinished vehicles?
  9. I think something unique like this would get more interest on a national level, like BaT, eBay, etc. There's also Cars & Bids that seems to do well with modified vehicles. As far as local options, what about selling it to Toy Barn? I know they're more high-end exotics, but it might be of interest with how well the overall build is.
  10. Anyone see anything on iPhones? Looking for a 12/13 mini. Best I found was BestBuy for $599, but I can only do it if I’m adding a new number online. Planning on stopping in over the weekend, but I’d rather order if online if I can.
  11. But doesn’t the seller pay the fees similar to how they would pay a realtor, just a lot less?
  12. Thanks for the recommendations so far. Has anyone ever bought/sold a house FSBO?
  13. Wife and I got offered a house by an acquaintance as they’re moving out of state for work. They are selling “by owner”. I’ve started reading up on this, but what do I really need to know? Any advice? We are getting an inspection and they’re transferring their home warranty to us. We will be using a realtor to sell ours when/if we pull the trigger. Can anyone recommend a good attorney as well to oversee things for us (recommended).
  14. Neat truck for sure. I'd make it your own PreRunner like it was built for when you start messing with it. I doubt you'll see anything like it rolling around the area.
  15. Guess you haven't heard of this place. https://classicfordbroncos.com/our-builds/
  16. This is who did my Focus years ago and it's still holding up pretty well. Hasn't faded or bubbled in the past 7 years.
  17. Good to know, thanks for the information.
  18. But don’t you have to have the car inspected first before you can get the title changed? Or is my lack of coffee brain this morning confused?
  19. Because it’s almost impossible to find something half decent for the amount he’s getting. Plus if he can get it on the road again for cheap, he will just run it into the ground and have a nice chunk saved as well. It’s honestly been a great car for him with minimal problems.
  20. Good to know. Did you have those parts painted, or just show them the stickers and paperwork, then paint? I told him to offer them lower on the buy-back. They're giving him an absurd amount to total the car ('13 Fiat 500).
  21. Your first must-have of "high reliability" says it all....
