    Gun Belts

I've worn the same Wilderness belt for approx 9 years now. Everday. Went with the the version that has the plastic strip inside for additional support while shooting and moving when I did IPSC stuff years ago. Nice thing about them is the buckle can be used on another belt should your sizing needs change or the belt itself become damaged. This saves you a fair amount of money vs buying a complete belt again.
  2. Excellent! Now I can drive down the road, do some plinking and swing by the Kenny Road Market for tasty adult beverages afterwards!
  3. FYI: Mid-Ohio is listing this weekend as a spectator event. $10 to get in unless you state you're a driver, crew, family etc. Be creative and save $10.
  4. I'll be up there doing track support for a customer running a Daytona Prototype in Super Unlimited and possibly lending a hand to my buddy with his freshly built Spec-E30. Weather looking kind of crappy and no rain tires for either car. Not sure that's a bad thing.
  5. Two places that I know of that are legal and free for eBook downloads: The Baen Free Library: http://www.baen.com/library/ Project Gutenberg: http://www.gutenberg.org/wiki/Main_Page They may not have the newest offerings but they are an option.
  6. 9mm or 45ACP always works. Even 22lr will do. I used to run the pin event at Blackwing with my B.I.L. He still does, I opted out as they kind of pissed me off. We always liked to see folks using off the shelf, center-fire ammo of any caliber instead of handloaded bunny-farts as we tried to make the event use something more than point and shoot, square range skills. Not always a success. While the event is meant to be fun and relaxed (it really is) we viewed it as an opportunity to practice the basics. Target transitions from one side of the rack to the other, mandatory reloading, specific order of target engagement to force some brain activity etc. If you've never been to one I suggest giving it a go. As I stated, it's meant to be fun and the only real stress is what the shooter brings with them to the firing line. EDIT: Pin count will vary. Depends on the setup for that particular event. I don't recall ever having less than eight or nine.
  7. My shop-mate has the following available. He says the seat is to small. I told him he's to big. Regardless, it's up for sale. Located in Powell. His typed up add below. Cobra Suzuka Pro seat with Cobra aluminum side mounts. This seat is FIA 8855-1999 approved and HANS compatible. I purchased it from a shop in FL where it was on display in their showroom and it was mounted briefly in my car (about 20 mins), but never used. The seat is too small for me. The seat retails for $750 and the side mounts retail for $145. Asking $650 for the seat and side rails. http://www.subesports.com/products/cat/Seats/brand/Cobra/prodID/650 Thank's for looking! -Eric
  8. SOLD Lock this one up you like, she's got a new owner.
  9. Thank's for bump man. Gun is now **SOLD PENDING FUNDS** Will update once transaction is completed.
  10. My B.I.L. may have one. I've left him a message. Will update when I hear back from him.
  11. SOLD is an HK Mk 23, date code KH. Not a safe queen as you can tell by the paint wear on the bbl. Asking for $1,350. This is a firm price at this time. Prefer FTF, I'm in Central Ohio and will travel a bit for the sale. Will ship to FFL. Buyer pays for shipping, FFL fee on their end and any shipping insurance they may want. Payment method of cash or USPS money order. Comes with: - Original camo bag. - 2 original 10 round magazines. - 2 lightly used twelve round magazines. - New spare firing pin. - New spare firing pin spring. - New-ish spare complete recoil assembly. Not listed as new as I've installed it and ran 100 rounds through the gun to see if I noticed a difference. Didn't. - HK thread protector. I've shot approx 600 rounds in this pistol. No idea on the number shot by previous owner. Bbl still looks new. Well, on the inside at least. First person to post "I'll take it" gets to spend their money. Note: This pistol is posted for sale elsewhere. I can be contacted me via I.M on this board.
  12. OK, we'll call it "SOLD" even though it's still in my shop. If a meet and buy time can't be worked out with current buyer in the next few days I'll just put it back on the market. Thank's!
  13. You can't even just swap slides. You're looking at several custom parts that aren't going to be real cheap, if even possible. And still left with getting a magazine to fit in the 19 frame that'll feed 45ACP. I suggest:: - Sell the 19 and buy a 45ACP variant. - Find someone with a 45ACP variant that wants to trade. It does happen. Or the best for your situation: Keep the 19 and enjoy the hell out of it and the easier to find and cheaper to purchase ammo.
  14. SOLD PENDING FUNDS Will confirm on Weds the 24th. Ended up with this after a friends Uncle died. Don't need it so it's up for sale. Doesn't appear to have been used but since I can't state that for a fact it will be sold as gently used. Includes original box. Plugged it in and did it's thing. Also included are two unopened 6lb bags of polishing media. Cash or USPS money order. Located in Central Ohio. Would prefer FTF and willing to travel a bit for a meet. First posted "I'll take it" gets to spend their money. NOTE: Also posted for sale on a local gun board. Contact through I.M. here. Thank's for looking! -Eric
