Shmaa
Nice work! How did you attach to the wall? Started looking at paneling and it gets pretty expensive. I like this stuff, but looking at $1,000 just for that wall. https://www.plankandmill.com/products/reclaimed-barn-wood-planks?variant=20454219717
2 Sweet
Nice work! How did you attach to the wall? Started looking at paneling and it gets pretty expensive. I like this stuff, but looking at $1,000 just for that wall. https://www.plankandmill.com/products/reclaimed-barn-wood-planks?variant=20454219717 It was an unfinished stud wall, so I hung some OSB, painted it black, and attached the wood pieces with a finish nailer. That peel and stick stuff would certainly be easier since you already have drywall in place, but it sure doesn't sound cheap.
smokin5s
how does everyone post pictures? I've done a ton of work on my property this year but don't have a proper hosting service anymore.

It's the best/easiest of them all IMO

TimTaylor751647545500
No pictures, but I spent the evening & part of the morning repairing a water line above the kitchen in the attic that somehow developed two tiny pinholes which was causing water to leak down the soffit, cabinets and microwave onto the countertops. Luckily, we discovered it before the entire soffit fell in.
