Mace1647545504 Posted January 12, 2021 Report Share Posted January 12, 2021 We were definitely out-manned last night because of covid, injuries, and no matter what we didn't have the players to man up with bama. We don't have the dominate pass rusher we've had in years past which took the pressure off the LBs and DBs of which were pretty good in those years. With sermon hurt, even though teague played well, we were still short in that area. Fields is still hurt and yes he ran a few times but wasn't the threat he was in past games. Lastly, play calling on both sides of the ball was questionable..why didn't we man up to their receivers,,which we didn't do most of the year. I have the bend don't break defense.
