Heat shrink tubing for 1 1/16" galvanized steel bars?

I have some parts I'm reconditioning to flip, and part of the set(s) are galvanized steel bars that have an OD of 1 1/16". I'm trying to find some sort of product, likely a heat shrink wrap that hopefully comes in a roll (some pieces are 48", some up to 66"), and once shrunk, are not more than about 1mm thick. The bars once wrapped need to be 1 1/8".

 

I have about 12-14 bars here and all have cracked coating and of course no one wants to buy something that looks like trash, even if the bars themselves are solid.

 

Figured maybe someone here might have a good suggestion. Would love to stay around $1/foot to make it worth trying to fix these and still make a profit.

Just order a roll of 1.25" heat shrink tubing. It'll shrink to way smaller than 1 1/16" if needed and is well under $1/ft.

Check out buyheatshrink.com You can get 2:1-4:1, thin wall, adhesive lined, fabric, PVC, polyolefin, textured, high temp, chemical resistant, emi/rfi, etc. Pretty much anything you could ever need.
