Initially, I was given clearance to run this raffle but after some discussion it was deemed that this raffle could not continue due to an arrangement that NESBA has with Mid Ohio. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and to help offset these days, I will now be raffling off FOUR spots for the Putnam event instead of just two.
