I am a White guy and i cant get half the grants and govt assistance that blacks and latinos have. Also I am a equall opp employer and am forced to hire people that are not as qualified as another based on their skin. Thats racism if you ask me. We had two candidates, a black guy with a degree in logistics, and a latino woman with no degree. The black guy had experience. The latino woman didn't. Guess which got hired?
