All messages express the views ofthe author, and neither the owners of Ohio Riders, LLC, the administrators of Ohio Riders, LLC, nor the moderators of Ohio Riders, LLC will be held responsible for the content of any message. This includes, but is not limited to, private messages, threads, posts, profile messages, album comments, etc.
The following rules will be strictly enforced. These apply to any medium offered by this site whether it be private messages, threads, posts, group messages, visitor messages, arcade comments, etc. You can say it, you can think it, you can call your buddy up and tell him all about it, but don't do it on this website:

Purposely Damaging Personal Property - 12pts
Purposely Causing Bodily Harm - 24pts
Spamming - 24pts
3pts = 3 day ban
6pts = 7 day ban
9pts = 1 month ban
12pts = permanent ban
Points are dropped after 1 year

The owners, administrators, and moderators of Ohio Riders, LLC reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close anything for any reason.
Administrators and moderators do not read private messages. However, private messages are only private if you and the other members involved keep it that way. Remember that. Don't say something in a private message you wouldn't want posted on the forum.
Ohio Riders, LLC makes every attempt to not to delete anything. Sometimes due to reasons outside of our control, content may get deleted. However as a policy, Ohio Riders, LLC does not delete posts, threads, accounts, etc.
Ohio Riders, LLC does use cookies for authentication and authorization, to distinguish one user from another. If you don't want cookies from this site, then you can't effectively use the site.
