Honda 2004 CRF250X I just finished all my mods for this bike this winter, this is my stunt bike.... got other bikes, but this is the only one I'm not too lazy to list, lol ....Mods.... Complete custom subframe with changeable footbar and rear pegs. Custom made fullthrottleinc dual caliper bracket, with 636 rear caliper. Nissin Daytona Handbrake at the bars. Excell Supermoto Rims with Talon Hubs, Maxxis rear slick, Dunlop front slick. Ti4 Titanium Exhaust. Radiator Fan with auto temp sensor. Connection Works Radiator Braces, the right one modded for the Radiator fan. 48t Rear, 12t Front sprockets. MSR Pro Raptor Clutch. Rear Taillight with added Brake LED Function. Rear master cylinder banjo replaced with pressure switch banjo for brake light ability. Turn signals with custom mounts. Bright/Dim/Off adjust for headlights (stock does not have bright/dim ability). Control switches on the bars for the lights, signals, and horn. Custom license plate mount with integrated turn signal mounts. Custom tail tech mounting brake to take the place of the stock trip meter. Trail Tech Vapor Speedometer/tach/temp/etc gauge. FX Engine temp strips. Hot start lever removed.

Honda and Suzuki design bikes using 14 and 13 with 520 chains, my oem front is a 14 on the quad, I dropped my CRF250X to a 12t in the front, and its a 520 also, its working good, its a sunstar sprocket. thats crazy your transmission shaft stripped, what kind of bike was that.

huh, the sprocket specialist calculator works good, except the MPH looks wrong, its always high, when I manually calc it, it comes up lower. still a good tool though, very handy!

thanks!!!, I figured the sprocket sizes would come into play and it wouldn't be exactly the same, that Sprocket and Chain Optimizer is cool, ive been calcing all that long hand, takes forever, lol... Hey I got one more question! If I go -2 in the front, and +2 in the rear, will the stock chain still work?? I'm thinking it will.

anyone know who makes custom ATV sprockets for a reasonable price? Sidewinder will make me a custom front, but I have a feeling its going to be a kings ransom for it. I need a 12 tooth front for a LTR450R Suzuki Quadracer, cant find them anywhere. If I cant find anyone, I'll have to bite it and just order from sidewinder.
