  1. sitting in my office at the first job I had taken after the Marine Corps, working while listening to Stern ... as soon as I heard I went to the front conference room and turned on the tv and notified the rest of the office.... most of the office worked from that conference room, glued to the tube that day.

  2. Uhaul isn't much to get an open trailer... start at like $14.95 for a 4x8 ... think I got a 5x9 for just over $24 a day ...

always nice to save money, but if it comes down to it, rather cheap for a day or two jaunt some where.

  3. Since I started doing track days again ... have some take offs if anyone needs cheaper than new tires to keep riding. Lots of tread left over 75% of the tire (from center out -- edges worn but have held up for me at my normal street pace).

    - Per Set (fronts are 120/70/17 and rears are 180/55/17)

    Pickup price : $50

    Ship Price : $70

Ready to GO (off bike) :

    Michelin Race (med/soft)

    Upcoming (still on bike):

Metzeler Racetec K1 front, K2 rear

** Since they are race tires, normally require a bit more warm up than street **

  4. my son of 5, a couple weeks later turned 6 ... loved shooting .223 rifle and various handguns. Taught him with bb guns first (hand gun and long gun) with the eye and ear pro, how to use the safety, etc .... he enjoyed a day of shooting the big guns ....

teach them right, teach them early.

  5. wiring doesn't take long .... especially for just a track day ... little longer for racing ... but not a big deal ... just have about 3+ drill bits on hand and a few beers.

yeah got vacation up north this weekend .... looks as though it is still a go... everyone have fun ........

  6. had a P95 in stainless .... shot well ... too big for my 5'7" frame to carry and didn't really fit my hand well .... but shot nice.... no complaints about how it shot or cycled ... GLWS

  7. Have shot both in 9mm ... both are as accurate as you can shoot them. Like what was said previously, if it doesn't fit your hand, you won't shoot for shit no matter the name on the gun or the price of it.

If you know someone that has one or can rent one and test out a holster to see how it rides on your frame, could make the final decision for you.

Although heavier than the polymer pistols, I love my Sig P239. Like the way heavier pistols shoot.
