Thanks guys, I take it all I really need to do is buy mapping software then for the PC3?

I have a regular customer who wants a retard eliminator and power commander installed on an 08 Busa. Trouble is, I'm a Harley guy. Will this require a scanner? He wants to change the exhaust as well. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated, including the option of handing him over to other capable hands if need be.

All it says is that the government can't amend the Constitutional rights of the States to relieve them of the power they had to begin with. Oklahoma was first. Their objective was to keep illegal immigrants from collecting state benefits. SAME AS US AND THE OTHER 29 STATES that have enacted similar resolutions. It prevents them from overturning your rights in your state...IE CCW AND HELMET LAWS. The Feds can't say no guns and yes helmets after our state decides the other way!!!!
