More power for the straight isn't the key. Honestly, there are WAAAAAAY too many guys riding liter bikes that really need to step down and learn smaller before they do bigger bikes.

With a bit more practice and learning certain things, 600s can embarrass a good number of liter bike riders. The two straights at Mid-Ohio are sometimes tough when following a liter bike, but overall, within the session, you can easily be half a track in front at the end. It's ability more than power...

You are very correct!!!! Through the turns my pace is pretty decent. I am more concentrated on lines and turns than straight. Pretty happy with the overall performance. I guess I'm just bitching for no reason. Lol. 80% rider 20% bike right?!

I'm pretty decent at the exit of the turn usually that's where I feel comfortable passing without putting others at risk. but as soon as I get on the straight-a-away people will just pass me like I'm holding brakes. My bike is so low. I even changed the gearing -1 +2. Great acceleration but no top end. Plus the bike is 03.

Great job ZORRO. I was on the whit and grey cbr with white suite and gun metal helmet with an apple logo. Lol

I need to get the SD card back from the Gf for some of mine and others. Other then that the Videos I am having to work on and edit down.

The GoPro did a pretty good job from the tank suction cup mount. The Jhook on the windscreen got kinda choppy from bouncing in the wind and vibration. Didn't get to try the tail mount though.

Turn 1 Is definitely 100+ turn. It's such a thrill going through there with ur knee gliding through.

Dude, there is no way you should be down shifting for Turn 1. Just roll off a bit then tip it in. Thats a 100+mph turn easy.

glad everyone had fun. My buddy is the one who crashed at the carosel. He had a black r1. I have -1 +2 for my gearing. It worked out great for me. I was going throught turn 1 on 3rd 2nd for the rest. I get a lot of speed out of the key hole. 50% throttle at the apex of key hole. As soon as I'm out going into 3rd. That's the only way I could get a jump on the 1000 guys. Then down the middle they would leave me but not by much. Lol.

i know where it's at. let ask couple of other people to see if they can go.

holly shit that's a long ride. It must be a fun ride. Rather trailer there and back. Reserve the energy to come home. LOL

Hey Travis and Jason, thank you guys very much for have us and showing us the roads. it was definitely fun. I would definitely do it again very soon. This time can we spend some more time at the double apex turn? I want to practice it more. lol

yea i need new chain and two gear up sprocket so i can pull harder out of the corner.
