    In SCCA Formula car racing we have to have a Snell rating of 2005. ( look under the padding inside ) I think the snell rating upgrades every 5 years so 2010 would be the next rating coming out. ( I am not sure of this ) I rely on my crew chief too much.. One if the reasons for the snell rating is not just technology but some of the older helmets have a resin shelf life an they loose some of there properties after a while. Plus they can MOLD sitting on the shelf all winter from your fat sweatty head soaking it last summer LOL So then it becomes a SMELL RATING and your Babe will refuse to put it on because it smells like last years B. So, If you dont want to go solo all the time and she doesnt have her own ride, get her a new helmet to improve the SMELL RATING Haaaa~~~~ Ed Venture

    I am a Formula car driver and I bracket race my Triumph, I have ridden for years and have had 13 bikes. Bike #13 is called "Gold Finger" .

    However, I do not have a lot of road race experience on the bike just in sports cars, so I am going to hang back wile you guys get KrAzy OK? I have been dead 4 times and Experience has kept me alive.

    Story 1 Broke leg off on a Indian hitting a brick wall

    Story 2 Hit a Deer @ 60 MPH on a Norton Comando

    Story 3 Too hot in a turn on my BMW 60 / 5

    Story 4 Backward though the air @ 120 MPH @ Nelson Ledges in Laydown Shifter Kart

    and many more stories and advise on what not to to LOL

    Does anyone know of any good ATV trails or tracks in Central Ohio? I believe Honda Hills is still closed due to no insurance. I went to a place in Newark last weekend off of 79 north. It was a decent track but the trails could've been a little longer.

    By the way, I ride a Yamaha Raptor 700R and a Suzuki LT-R450.

    Looking for one, a few, or many, for a ride this Saturday in central Ohio.

    Weather Forecast:

    Plans:

    Nothing concrete. Maybe some lunch on the NE side of C-Bus (Gahanna/Easton/Westerville area) followed by a visit to the Yamaha of Columbus grand opening event (Iron Pony) and a central Ohio cruise. Need an Ohio Riders showing at the Pony.

    Lunch location and ride route open. Looking like it is going to be a good day to ride! Post up or PM if interested.
