I was lucky on the VTX rim. I bought it off a guy in WV already together with the tire for $250. The headlight was only 90 on ebay.

It was only bad Thursday. The rest of the week was good. I little hot, but good.

The install was a simple change of the rear wheel, and the headlight took some drilling in the original triple tree. The rake is from a new triple tree from Billski.com. A $600 investment.
