Thanks pm sent. I bought the car last year for 21000 and I have paid a lot on it but as you know value on cars drop a lot. I have put 26000 miles on it as well. I will let you guys know what the claim adjustor says tomorrow. I will ask them to give me a payoff check for the bank if it is totaled. I took some more meds so I am going back to sleep. I am fine and nothing bad happened and no x-rays were needed. The meds help and I am not in any more pain.

Thanks everyone for the info. Thank you Nightrider for the ride there. Sorry to hear you ran out of gas but I took the pain killers and was knocked out and tired all day. The insurance guy called me and set me up with a Kia rent a car from Enterprise. They picked me up at noon and then I took the car back home. Good news the medical adjustor called and they are paying for my ER visit. They are also paying for the day and half off of work I missed. He is stopping by my house to give me the check. It was $800 and that is a lot since I only thought I was going to get maybe $400. They asked if I wanted more money but I said no since I felt bad they were giving me twice as much. The insurance guy said not to file a police report and that they would handle everything. The chase security filed a report and had my witness do a report as well. I got a copy of it and the insurance guy got it as well. He said since on private property they take the report as official since both parties sign it. The claim adjustor is guying to check out my stang tomorrow and let me know If they will write me a check or they will have it fixed. Bad news -- My car is not paid off and if the amount is not $14000 then I will be in a bind. I am going to talk to the insurance guy and if it is totaled have them give me the amount I owe the bank. It seems fair of me to ask for that much since the accident happened. So I will not be making any money off of this and hopefully they give me the full amount I owe the bank for the car. Good news. This means if it is totaled then I can get a cheap car and buy another motorcycle. I'm going to get a car that my insurance will be cheap so no more sports car for me.

Ok I got the 5 hours from work I missed today. Can you ask kate to print off what time was used and I will put it on the insurance report.

I was not sure I mean. If I need to go tonight then I am ready to go now but Since it was a low speed hit I am not sure. I don't want to wake up in pain from my head injuries. I am no expert but my car thought I was in danger and deployed the air bags. This lady did not hit the brakes at all as there were no skid marks.

Should I get checked out now. If so I can give anyone my address and location. To be honest my mom does not want to take me and I don't want to go by myself. That is why I was not going to go the hospital.

Should I call them or go into the station. The corp security guy said the police do not get involved with accidents on private property. He said they are treated like the police and the insurance company goes through their report. I was informed not to worry about contacting the police beacuse they would not help me.

I almost rode my bike today but decided to take my car at the last second. I don't have any transportation to the ER and I will go tomorrow.

Happened at 4pm today.

The medic said I was fine but I will go tomorrow. I don't have a car to get there.

While driving back from my lunch break to chase. I was going about 20mph in my mustang gt up a hill. A women in a van going about the same speed as me failed to stop and hit the passenger side of my car at the intersection. My right tire had her license plate in it and her front end was messed up. I honked my horn right when I saw her. I swerved to the left side to try and dodge her but she t-boned my car. Scared the crap out of me and on impact the air bags deployed. Damage to my hood, right side messed up, tire was out of alignment with her plate in my brakes and right side door was caved in. Back right side was also messed up from the impact. Horn would not turn off and the medics arrived in less then 4 minutes. Thank god I was ok but I have a huge headache and my neck hurts. Car is probably going to be totaled as everything is pretty much destroyed. We were both ok and she had insurance so I am getting a rental car tomorrow. I had my car towed to krieger ford. Waiting for the insurance man to come take a look at my car. It happened on private property so no cops involved. Got my witness and had the corp security fill out the report. I go on to live another day and all I can say is vans scare the crap out of me. I am in little shock right now so I am going to bed. Just glad I was not killed today and impact happened at a low speed.

Cjampion. The race was awesome and it was great on my big screen. I will be there next year. The track 250cc bike were going 165mph on the straight away.
