I dunno i still think turbo timers are pointless... My grand national had 144000 miles and the stock turbo still in perfect shape no shaft play and didnt smoke at all.. I have put them on a couple cars.. and count notice a difference.. infact i usually turnned them off..

Okay.. so i thinking of Picking up a 2002 Nissan altima.. car looks great.. but they have a bad problem with the cat being to close to the motor and degrading and pieces going into the motor causing excessive oil consumption then failure of the engine. Any idea How much i should expect to pay when i need to put a new motor into it? also do you know if the 3.5 se motor is a direct bolt in? or with little extra work?
