I notice my tape every single fucking time I need to make a correction on race tracks, autocrosses.
You will find a lot of road rae cars have that simple countermeasure, no matter the level of motorsport
This is the exact reason you have a piece of tape at 12 o'clock on the steering wheel to mark straight-ahead front wheels in the event of a wheelie.
You'd think Ford would sell the car that way
or if you do right-left type motorsports, to do the same when correcting overtsteer events
