  1. No no no Craig this dude has his own world renowned riding school and a long list of champions he has trained !!!!!! Wait that's not true it must be Cali superbike school I'm thinking of
  2. Omg pay attention! Your feet are touching the foot pegs in the picture you posted !!!" While cornering at the track you are obviously moving your ass so far that your foot no longer touches the foot peg !! Stop moving your ass so far and your foot will still touch the damn peg !!!! The point of asking do u walk on your hands is to illustrate that your legs are stronger ! Under breaking its a lot easier to support your weight with your legs rather than your arms . Furthermore it allows you to feel what's goin on up front and not put any unwanted inputs into the bars . xaus is in the corner !!! Watch the video
  3. The point was your feet can touch the pegs . Under breaking u have a choice . Support your weight with your arms or legs ya don't have any other options. Which is stronger your legs or your arms ? Do u walk around all day on your hands ?? Oh and BTW rueben xaus famous pic of him sliding the hypermotard with one hand off the bar (thumbs up) would be an example of using his legs to hold on
  4. Look at your picture . Is your foot touching the foot peg ???? Yes it is ! You have said ya thought stomp grip was for breaking. I'm assuming your squeezing the tank w ur legs under breaking???? Well then its quite similar while cornering . Instead of using both legs as u do when breaking you're using your outside leg .
  5. Ummmmmm ...........No that's not his style its how all Cali sbk coaches ride even Joe who is a tiny little short dude . The only way it would be an impossibility is if you had no legs at all .
  6. Ya see Craig you are a dbag!!!! This guy can't even get his knee to contact the bike with his outside knee in the cut out on the gas tank cuz its totally not designed for that . I know I know Craig your gonna tell me a Cali sbk coach has the same bike and uses his legs to stabilize his lower body but you're an idiot !!
  7. Craig ur a dbag !!! I walk around all day on my hands cuz my upper body is sooo designed to support all my weight . Furthermore my lone ass cheek out weighs my torso by like 100 pounds . This theory you have is preposterous. I mean really ! Why would I want my lower body to be stable on the bike ??? Next you will be tellin me if I don't use my hands to support my weight I will be able to feel what the front tire is doin or maybe even allow the front wheel to track on its own
  8. Craig why don't you ask this dude how he plans on lowering bike/rider combined center of gravity ???? Wait .....Nevermind he's obviously so smart he knows ya gotta lower your upper body down and inside the bike to do so even though his picture doesn't show it . Here's another idea Craig . Ask him how many appendages the human body has . No wait don't I'm sure our scholar already knows its four . Ok Craig I've got it !! If he were to lower his upper body down and in as opposed to his picture perhaps he would have an opportunity to hold onto the bike with one or two of these four appendages we all have. Then again perhaps our highly intellectual friend wishes to remain crossed up on the bike in opposition to his vast amount of knowledge that tells him lowering combined center of gravity equals less lean angle for a given speed.
  9. Asian dudes are kinda like girls no ??
  10. Well I rode crossed up for years and now that California sbk has fixed my body position I'm not fighting the bike and it takes a lot less effort to ride . We coach 15 sessions on a normal day and if they hadn't taught me to lock on with the outside leg I wouldn't be physically able to last that long. I'm 40 ,James Toohey a level 4 coach is 45 and Jon groom another level 4 coach is older than dirt . If your fast now then fixing up that body position will make you really Effin fast . I sent Craig a few pics of Jon & James so u can see the difference when he posts them. I would love to see you out at the school cuz I know these guys can help anyone . Hell James taught a world super bike rider last season .
  11. I will have to watch dvd again. I think you have misinterpreted something.reason being we (California sbk ) don't teach nutt to tank twisting . Too close to tank is actually a thing we correct in level one steering drill . Also in the pic u supplied your upper body is crossed up .meaning your spine angle is opposed to the direction your going putting your head in the center of the bike along with your upper body . Note your inside arm is almost straight and looks stiff as well. I will send a pic to Craig and have him post it so you can see the difference.
  12. I have never heard Keith state anything about a butt cheek approach . However I have heard him say that a stable lower body (pelvis ) allows the rider to move his upper body down and inside the bike. the only way to accomplish this is by being locked on to the bike with the outside leg. I used to twist on the bike and it causes quite a lot of troubles at speed . Now that I'm locked on with my outside leg I can ride with no bar pressure in the turn thus the front doesn't slide like it used to when I was all twisted up and pressing on the inside bar.
  13. this would be the smart thing to do when racing FT !!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. at heleacoil wow thats alot of info brian, and while i do agree with you that kathy left alot of questions unanswered..............its FT and she did say if ya wanna ride email her.(i assume she meant to work it out in private w prospective riders) i think its possible your level of endrance racing is beyond what a FT team might be looking for as far as the "financial" comitment needed to undergo a team effort that would meet your standards.(no sarcasm intended) imo FT is FOR FUN and the amount of $$ and time is relevent to each teams goals. obviously "leaning lizard" racing will be a different effort as oposed to FBR (flat black racing) does this make either wrong???? no just different
  15. The best thing about the shitty economy is the lesson we learn now will help us live better and be more thankful when things get better............oh wait that won't happen wtf was I thinking
