Sounds like a winner. I wouldn't be so worried about the cherry bomb, that's your standard config in a lot of the aftermarket slipons. Obviously with a $700 bike you'll have issues, immediately evident or not. When you say no front fairing, on the Kat's the front end is made up of primarily of the two main side fairings, are you saying you're missing those as well?
