Is there anything wrong with the bike mechanically? The add says it has comsmetic damage, what does that include?
Some poorly touched up scratches on the front fender and tank. Also some scratches on the lower edges of the engine side cases, probably from a low or zero speed drop. The bike runs fine. It starts easily, no leaks, and all the lights and guages work.
Additional info: When the bike was purchased I replaced the notoriously wimpy fork springs with new Sonic springs. They were disassembled, cleaned, inner tubes checked for straightness, new seals installed and reassembled with 15wt fork oil (per Sonic's recommendation). Slightly larger pilot jets were installed in the carbs and the float levels adjusted. The fuel lines were also replaced at that time.

Holmes, Coshocton, Knox and Licking counties all have some decent roads and are fairly close for nor'easters, not to mention folks west and south of Columbus.

It was the east part of the group, me, hawnut, green versys me and conne, We were going through that wet, leaf ridden part of road and was going slow and i see this bike pull up behind us, was thinking he gonna be mad at our pace

LOL ...not being unsociable, just got a late start yesterday (12:30). BTW, your pace showed good judgement. The roads were shit in that area.

I didn't do 646 today. When I ride 164 I usually cut up 644 in Salinesville then 9 to 172w
I saw a lot of this but it was still a good ride. I ain't skeered t'git wet

Ignorant opinions would be a huge improvement over regurgitated misinformation.
BTW, does the Fla testing include alcohol? It would seem a little silly to me that someone could be denied benefits for burning one now and then and drinking a case of Busch everyday is OK.

Canton, eastbound 11th SW near Deuber intersection. Mortally wounded my left front tire and seriously injured the rim. Good news: they were my winter wheels/tires. Bad news: the summer units are pretty marginal treadwise so I got to shell out $600 for tires I wasn't planning on buyng until June. This fuckin winter ain't gonna end soon enough to suit me.
