LOL...it seems like I'm everywhere! Glad you're enjoying that bike.
P.S. There's a bunch of fun people on this message board. Oh yeah, and OR members continue to get a 10% discount on parts and accessories at the store!

LOL...have to check on that employee discount. Should kick in within the next month. Flying Brick is pestering me about the new EXO-750 that's coming out in May. You can also poke Moose about the discount too; he started there a few days before I did.
I'll be riding quite a bit; the off days aren't the weekend so it should be a lot less crowded on the twisty roads. Got a couple trips planned for the summer as well. I'm headed to Dayton tomorrow with a friend via a non-freeway route so it should be interesting. Never tried getting there that way.

Yup, that was me. It'll be there almost every day of the week because I work at Pony in the helmet department now. I wonder if Moose has ridden in to work yet.

The website is still under construction so the only thing that works is the calendar.
We meet once a month at Motohio European Motorcycles. The next meeting is on April 15 @ 6PM. We expect to have a guest speaker who will be talking about personal and motorcycle safety.
Also, I have a e-mail list that I use to send out club announcements. Just send over your name and e-mail address and I'll add you (it's Google Groups).
For information about the national organization, please visit http://www.womenonwheels.org.
Other than that, I hope to see you at a meeting.

Woo hoo! Guys there are pretty cool. Hope to see you in the store eventually.

Nice. That sounds like it's going to make the riding posture a lot more tolerable on the back. The RVT is one of few Honda rockets I'd want in my dream garage...although a clean CBX would be great humor as well. I'm looking forward to bike nights as well.

How you doing? Dang Meijer got me this Friday too, so no fish and fellow riders.
Any word on Iron Pony? I went for it and I'm starting on the sales floor on the 26th. Finally glad to be leaving that other place.

Depends on weather and if there's a really strict time frame. I averaged between 110-150 miles between stops on the last solo 2500 mile trip I did. I'll do 80-100 if it's really bad rain. Break was about 20 minutes long for snacks, bathroom, gas up, etc. Sometimes I'll push a little bit more and go 160-180 if I'm really feeling good. I find the frequent stops are better when the rides last more than two days because you won't feel as strained every time you get off.

Check this out. Looks like someone makes highway pegs for the first gen FJR. Looks pretty seamless.
