Talked to some "riders" at Pony today that got tickets on their way there at 110mph. Yeah, safe riding. Natural Selection waiting to happen.

He had at least 2 car lengths worth of room to throw it to the right while braking to avoid this. Way too fast for this road.

The dreadlocks broke after 5 minutes of riding. Yeah, because that's a BIG important criteria of a safe and functional helmet. I'd have to kick my own ass if I had this on my head. The world never fails to amuse me.

If you're thinking shoulder, think about the remotest possibility if you ever need shoulder surgery/rotator cuff/etc... I just had the surgery and luckily my ink escaped unharmed. But you don't want some big honkin scar thru the middle of your artwork!!

I've got a sound tower from of all places, CVS pharmacy, 79 bucks, it booms, great high end, sonic bass, and for the bedroom, makes you think you've got THX from the movie theater.

I'd have to go with SCQTT too, the Conti's at Iron Pony are a ridiculously good deal, and a great set of treads. Plus they actually have them in stock, along with a bajillion other tires too.

IF, and the key word here being "IF" you can find it, track down a can of Glistinez car polish. Absolutely THEE best product on the market, IF you can find it. Makes bikes look stupid shiny and new too.

Hung out with the National Sales Manager for Kali the other day. Really an awesome brand, tons of features that the bigger names have, VERY comfortable, lightweight. Well worth the ducks if you're looking for a new lid.

Rode to work early one day, aaaand hadn't noticed that shoelace had wrapped around gearshift. Rolled into parking spot, went to put left foot down, and down we both went. Since it was wrapped around shifter peg, and bike was laying on top of me, couldn't reach down to undo it. So I just layed there in my parking place, bike on top of me for about 10 minutes, heard a car oll up behind me and a voice, "Need some help?" Yep, Columbus police cruiser. He got out, lifted the bike up so I could unleash myself from shifter. Yeah, quadruple knotted shoes from that day forward, no lace loops to catch on shifter.
