Im not really interested in any trades... However, I do need some offers on this bike... I lost my job last Friday and need cash... Anybody interested in doing some dealing?

I pretty much have it down to blinkers and a taillight I believe. The set of fairings I purchased has one flushmout turnsignal in it but is missing the other. The lock for the solo cowl or back seat is also missing.

No, nurkvinny is right. The bike is not street legal according to the state of ohio, however I do have a clear and free title in hand. I have not had the bike plated or insured since I have owned it.

Looking to get rid of my bike. I took it in as part of a trade last fall, so I dont know alot about its life. Odometer shows 49xx miles. Feels like it runs fairly well. The bike originally came with racing fairings that someone had modified slightly to put in some makeshift head lights. Over the past several months, I have been trying to convert it to a street bike. I have purchased a used set of fairings, new mirrors, used tail light, new solo seat cowl.

 

I feel like I am spinning my wheels to finish it and have run out of money. Anybody interested, I will gladly send some pictures. Asking 2400 obo. with everything including both sets of fairings and new parts.

I have a 2000 gsxr 750 that I ended up with in a trade deal. In its former life apparently it was a track bike and the guy I got it from tried to rig some wiring and lights on the bike but trashed up the bike int the process. I have taken off the track fairings and have been searching for replacement factory parts to bring the bike back to its somewhat stock appearance and operation.

 

Anybody know where I can find good quality used parts? I need a full set of fairings and headlight assembly pretty much to complete the project.

I ran 9.95 @140 they told me to slow it down, opps .. damn street car.

Well, I am not having the interest I thought I would have in the wife's Equinox or my Mean Streak and something needs to go. If I sold the GP, I'd daily the Equinox.

 

Question is: is the market any better for a cheap(er) GP?

 

2002 GT, I believe every single option. HUD, power sunroof, power heated leather seats, power everything, etc. K&N CAI. Has stock exhaust and newer tires since the pictures were taken. Has 104k miles now. Some flaws on hood and some bruises elsewhere. Much more detail if there's any interest. Thanks

I took the bike in as part of a trade. I dont know much about sport-type bikes, just like to ride them. The previous owner told me some of the mods but it was greek to me and I dont know how to check if they are even there.

 

The bike was an ex-racer I believe, and then the owner before me started changing the thing back to a street bike. I had plans to rework the mods he made and try to get it back to a presentable street bike, but I lack both money and time.

Anybody here in CR land... I have a 2000 gsxr 750 for sale. I really dont know what it is worth... It is listed in the corral here on CR, originally 4k obo, reduced to 3k... I havent really had any bites on it, considering breaking it down and parting it out... Any input is appreciated, Thanks...
