I have had this thing for about a year, and I never tried to start it. I just don't have the time, or interest. The gas smells old, and theres no sparkplug in it right now. The engine turns over really good, and I believe it could be running fairly easy. The speedometer goes to 30 mph. The price is firm, I would rather fix it myself than to take any less. Great running moped, it purrs like a kitten. New parts include tubes/tires, fuel petcock, rear brake cable, and handlebar mirror. It has only 1242 miles on the puch motor, not even broke in. The top speed with me (220 lbs.) is 32mph. It has a very clean gas tank, carb, lights work great, and so does the horn. Very easy maintenance with no oil changes and requiring no battery. Gets abut 100 mpg, and as you can see, in excellent condition. State of Ohio does not require titles for mopeds, just a bill of sale which I will provide at time of purchase.
