Despite the fact I am posting this clean, 57,00 mile GL1200 in the (cash) for sale category, I am prepared to take a substantial cash loss. Last March, I paid an honest $4000 for the bike (because I fell in love with it - my first bike was a 1981 GL 1100, which I loved). This bike has been completley serviced (receipt available). It has a N.O.S. 1987 Aspencade seat and a brand new Hondaline windshield. Of course it has the bags, tail trunk (all lockable),and lowers. It also has several zippered pouches and passenger arm rests that help to keep your girlfriend's neck out of your sensitve shoulders , (agony, but I can only hope she'll lay off). The GL1200 is remarkably clean for a thirty-six year old bike. All that's left for you is to ride this two-tone gray and silver motorcycle with no problems. This bike has 7,XXX miles and is in good condition. It has two brothers slip on, flush mount front turn signals, integrated rear turn signals, axel mounted liscense plate, double bubble dark smoke wind screen, and a rear seat cowl. Regular oil changes done with full synthetic oil. I also have a cover and a matching Joe Rocket Honda XL jacket that go with it. I bought the quad completely stock and started buying parts, heres whats been done, i rebuild the whole quad new green and metallic blue paint, new chrome motor board .50 over with a port and polish (unknown builder), Prox racing piston, Boyesen Power reeds, vitos jet kit, Pro Circuit exhaust and header, open air box, 450r rear shock, + 4 extended swing arm and extended chain, 12 tooth front sprocket (smaller than stock = more low end toque, stock sprocket included), Tag Metals handlebars, and 04 hood, headlight and gas tank cover. the 300ex has a few things like an fmf pipe, its jetted and has k&n airfilter. (also have stock one to go with it) it has brand new tires they still have the lilltle nipples on them. brand new nerf bars. lonestar rear axle. aftermarket swingarm guard and bront bumper. brand new sprockets (front and back) and chain.newer brakes also. i have remounted the light to under the front plastics (done the right way) the front plastics have a long crack in them but i fixed it and haven't have any problems with it. also the rear plastics have a hole in them next to the seat and you can only really notice it if your right next to it. its overall an awesome reliable quad. i have never had problems with it. also has new battery. Great bike, great on gas; I clocked myself getting about 64 mpg - said to get up to around 75 mpg.
