  1. If it's the only one I know, yes stock bottom end. I think it just has ARP head studs.
  2. Fair Enough... this is the only pic I have at work.... http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f279/cmaines01/n1430622379_30042810_4174422.jpg Yeah, not interested in a dike mobile.
  3. I like your style! I've tried to convience her to get an Audi, but she's woried about the cost to maintain.
  4. Better then a Caliber but still... I'll suggest it. Such as?
  5. Well with a CAI, 3.4 pulley, T-stat, coledr plugs and Dyno Tune from Brian my GTP ran 13.7 @ 99 mph. With 1.9 rockers and a 3" exhaust it went 13.4 @ 103 mph. All on pump gas and street tires with minor weight reduction ( No spare tire, floor mats... etc) I had good 60fts though 1.8's and 1.9's. Good for a FWD with stock suspension that is.

    Or was there...? :ninja:
  7. So it's another "Help me find a car" thread, but this has a little twist because it's a car for my G/F. Her current vehicle is a 99 Dodge Dakota with 210,XXX miles that is starting to nickel and dime her with problems (Water pump, Starter, Battery, Distributor cap, oil leak, power steering pump…) now she’s starting to look for a new DD. The problem is that she wants a freaking Dodge Caliber. :barf:I personally can’t stand the look of those AT ALL and I can honestly say that I might have a real problem if one were parked in my driveway on a permanent basis. So I’d like to take this opportunity to try and get her to look at other cars. You know, something with style and some performance. It doesn't have to be a track car but at least fun to drive with good looks and comfort. Requirements Something with 4 doors or a hatch/ wagon. We have 4 dogs so she’ll need room to haul them around. Either FWD or AWD as she hates driving RWD in the winter. She loves Yellow, so something that looks good in yellow would be a pluss but NOT a must. 2003 or newer or less then 75K miles. Between $8-12,000 maybe $15K for the right car. I was thinking Subaru Legacy GT, or a Volkswagen GTI off the top of my head. What’s everyone else’s opinions? Please help me keep an ugly ass Caliber out of my drive way!!!
  8. I guess if you're hell bent on going out in with a bank, this wouldn't be that bad of away...
  9. Yep, Brian knows how to tune just about anything with a motor, my lawn mower now puts down 19 WHP thanks to him!
  10. Good stuff brian! Is your offer to scan mine still good? I'm still having the goofy shifting problems.
  11. Could you imagine owning and driving one. Pictures this, it's a cold winter morning before work at 6:00am and you go to warm up the car and hear that! Hahaha Not really into the whole jet engine thing myself, but a great project.
  12. Hey that wasn't my fault! I was doing about 113 in the back part of the lot with my Naws and I lost control and hit the curb. I would have owned your shit! I'm getting a new boost guage tonight for my ride. It's NA, but at least no I can see how much I suck! :asshole:
  13. I think it might have something to do with the fact that OSU bought the holiday Inn on Lane so they could turn it into student housing. Either way, that shit sucks!
  14. ^^^ Agree, it looks a little scarry to me. I like the wheels though.
  15. I fuckin love the looks of the G35's and your is extra bad ass with those wheels!
  16. I don't mind the mods they leave me alone. Maybe it’s because I'm not an ass and I actually have half a brain. Or maybe I’m just not a fucking cry baby who takes shit so personally, who knows!?
  17. Wow...the scarry part is I think some of those are real! The first pic, I mean how in the hell do you get it to look like that!?
  18. I felt I needed to add mine. I think there might be a slight clearence issue in my GTP, but I'm goanna make it work! http://farm1.static.flickr.com/168/448095739_6e2c300e44_o.jpg
  19. Maybe the white paint was cheaper? Interesting project you have there, looks good.
  20. I know of a guy named Phill who ownes or manages a body shop, First Impressions, he had a an 8 second DSM. I havent talked to him in a while so I'm not sure if he still has it. He use to Race up at Trail a lot. Not sure if it's the same Phill everyone else is referring to or not.
  21. Hummm, very interesting Brian. Any difference that would allow the Mach to breath better would be why the boost is lower but HP is higher. As far as the weight of the forged internals, wouldn't that casue them to make power at different RPMs?
  22. WHo take it in the ass from Ford trucks Glad you're okay and that not too much damge was done.
