Does Coaching/Instructing/Control Riding Really Save any Money?

This would explain why I seem to have so much trouble getting a coach for some one on one time on the track. Especially after my last visit. Definitely got the vibe that he would much rather have been out riding by himself. I didn't realize they did it on a volunteer basis. -

If anyone in the South Dayton (preferred) or Cincinnati area has some, or knows of any warehouse space for rent, please let me know. (Garage space probably won't cut it.) Possibly moving from 2500 sq ft house to 1 bedroom condo, and have WAY too much stuff.

Honestly the last 3 tires I have had on the track looked very similar to this. (rubber beading up, or whatever you call it) Isn't this somewhat normal for a track ran tire. -

Bought it as a take off, so not sure. 1 track day for me. Prob no more than 1000 street miles. I'll replace it. Was just Hoping to Get one mOre Track day. I'm Broke! -

"stray gouge" best seen in pic 3, dead center (top to bottom) on left side of tire -
Not used to actually wearing tires on the EDGES. Think I have one more track day left on this? Or unsafe? Can't tell what that stray "gouge" is either.
