It is a huge pain in the ass. I just went through this again getting my car from Kentucky. They didn't sell temp tags there, Ohio wanted the title to issue a temp tag. So we pulled plates from another car and drove it back because the owner would not lend us his tags for a few days. It did appear that the people who did the out of state inspection and the Kentucky DMV seemed to think of it as normal to use old plates or different plates as long as you had proper documentation. With that said - I don't know what law enforcement would have to say between here and Cali.

For the verts $9500 doesn't seem really that low. Look at craigslist and there are quite a few if you're not bothered by mileage.

Convertible sounds lame. Baseball interior transplanted to a coupe would be hot though. is this a 225 or 180 version?

About 5 years ago my buddy bought a Maroon 2nd Gen GSX from them. It had lower miles and he still drives to this day. Seemed like a pretty good price and deal on the car.

A lot of times I found that it was just a product of how they grew up.

6th street was pretty fun - even going of off days. As for food we didnt really do anything special. Just really ate to get by. I was extremely underwhelmed with the girls there. I was not impressed at all. We hit almost every single busy bar on 6th street between 2 nights and it was worse then here!
