Well I got rid of the Z. I couldn't find a 1050 triple for a decent price that wasn't on the other side of the country. I went back to the last bike I really enjoyed which was my Vmax. I had bought a brand new 99 and sold it in 2002 and really missed it so I picked up an 03 last Thursday! I haven't been able to stay off it since I picked it up!!

So you like your Hawk? I used to have a red 88 back in the day with a Kerker pipe on it.

I have the Titans and they sound great but all I got with mine were three sets of rubber inserts. I have to very carefully put my helmet on and they pull right out when I take it off. I may try a set of the Asyms.

My first was a Kawasaki 440ltd that an old neighbor guy had hidden in his garage. It only had 1500 miles on it and my Dad bought it for me for $700.00

My Mom wasn't very happy with him!!

My second bike was a Honda Hawk 650gt and it opened my eyes to sport bikes especially after riding that Ltd!!

Third I bought brand new and it was a 1997 Zx7 all black. Fun to ride but it was a pig, very heavy!

Traded that in for a 99 Vmax, that bike was my favorite and I should have never sold it! Kerker exhaust 4-1 and stage 2 jet kit. It sounded like a small block with a cam!

Fast forward 5yrs. without a bike and I have my 2007 z1000. I like it but I'm missing the Vmax and also want a 1050 Speed triple! my plan is to sell my Zed and get the Speed triple. Then save a few grand and pick up a Vmax for cruising!

I'll comment on the most important thing first! The spearmint rhino in Vegas is by far the best strip club I've ever been in! At least 50 girls there and it didn't matter what race or color they were, they were hot!!

On the Bee thing, I had one fly in and open visor before and get me right in the temple. That was so much fun! You figure though, we kill how many bugs on one ride it's just them paying us back!

I have an 07 z1000 and it offers no wind protection what so ever stock. They do make a taller wind screen for it and a corbin seat if you wanted to take it on longer rides. It is a nice up right riding position and I have done 200 mile rides on it but my ass felt it with the stock seat! If anyone is looking to get into a second gen z I'll let mine go for $4500, way under book! I'm looking at getting into a 1050 triple!

When I was a little younger and had my zx7 and Hawk 650nt that's all I wanted to do but now that I'm 32yrs. and have a 7month old I'd rather be boring! I don't mind carrying the front wheel off the ground a little but never got into hitting the balance point! I have a couple friends I used to ride with that grew up on dirt bikes and could pretty much ride on one wheel as long as they wanted!

I've been using my cellphone a lot to, I just put on Pandora radio and let it play!

I haven't had any serious bites. I have an 06 Rm450z up that I started at $3200 and just reposted for $2800. I've gotten trade offers on it but no offers to buy.

I also have had my 2007 Kawasaki z1000 up since mid July that I started at $5500 which is $300 below book. I then went to $5200 and now I'm down to $4800 as of Weds. without any bites. I bought it for $5500 in June and then my buddy had to go buy a new Speed triple so I want one!! I'd be happy to take a $1000 hit from my original purchase price and get $4500 out of it. That way if I can sell it and my dirt bike I could buy a used 1050 Speed triple!!

Had mine listed for a while and nobody had the cash. Ended up doing an even trade which worked out well, but now I hear the other guy just got an audit form from the state because we listed the sale price as $0 on the registration paperwork. (Well we're not lying!) It's probably only a matter of time before I get one too.

I'm having a hard enough time selling leathers and tires, I'm not even going to try to sell a bike for a while.

I've gotten those audits from the state a few times. I basically tell them to F off in the nicest way possible. They basically want to know the value of each vehicle so if your in contact with the guy just put down the same amount. I've never got a second letter bothering me.

I have my 2007 z1000 and my 06 Rm450z and that's all I get is crap! It's always some foreign idiot that can't spell that wants to know if the bike is still available and then on the second email gives me a link and asks if it's the same bike. Obviously spam so I just tell them "Yes it is and it's very rare so you should come buy it now!"

I'm also sick of the trade offers for crap that isn't even close to the same value of what I'm selling. I've gotten offers to trade my Rm450z for a Yz85.

What the hell am I going to do with that? I've also gotten a text asking me if I would trade it for a modded Xbox and a couple old nintendo's?!! Really???!!!
