Android phone. I currently have a G2 but I'm due for an upgrade. I've been looking at a Samsung Galaxy S3 which just came out 3 days ago. OR I may leave Tmobile and get an Iphone. Believe it or not being able to mount a phone for gps and video does effect my decision because either phone is awesome otherwise. I've been looking at ebay but all I've found was a gps style mount which would block the video camera

Ive been looking at getting a GPS for the bike and separately I've been looking at getting a camera mount to shoot some video. I was thinking that phones now are doing everything I want. Some of the newer phones out now have turn by turn gps with huge screens. Also a select few now shoot in 1080I or 720I video. Most of them hold huge amounts of data too so I've been looking for a mount for the phone to both be able to shoot video and be able to mount for GPS. The problem is that the phone shoots video one way and the screen for gps is on the other. All of the mounts I've seen would block the camera I can't be the only person trying to phone mount a bike, id love to see what other people are useing or is this going to be something I'm going to have to make?

Stop up near kings island and give me a shout, there's some fine roads up this way. I really enjoy riding from here up to about fort ancient/caesar creek area. Lots of twisties and low traffic

I've noticed that since its gotten dumb hot ( 102 today ) that peoples cars are leaking more things onto the road then just water from the A/C I have not accidently shifted but what I have done while sitting in traffic is dropped my cell phone when I unzipped my pocket and pulled it out to look at a missed call. I fumbled the phone with my gloves on and it hit the ground. The battery and back cover came off when it landed. Just as I put the bike in neutral and put the kickstand down the light turns green. Nice. The guy behind me was INSTANTLY pissed even before I was all the way off and let me know with a steady 5 second horn. I picked up the pieces threw them in my pocket and jumped back on the bike and took off just in time to beat the light but I felt like the biggest moron ever.

Thanks for the input I took the advise and checked out Revzilla. They do have an awesome return policy- better than any store I've found so far. I wound up ordering the jacket and saved quite a bit too! hopefully I love it

so i called iron pony and spoke with a girl named Mandy. she was very nice and helpful but i have found that they do not carry the jacket either. I really like this jacket but also really want to try it on. Does anyone have this jacket?

I am looking for a beater bike that i can kick around. I need it to run good not look good. Cheaper the better ( obviously ). they key here is RUN GOOD. Id like anything from a 50cc to a 250cc or mabe something older. Has to be smaller. Im not looking to spend a few grand so i figure it will be rough and thats ok. msg me and thanks

From my experience I find that S2ks are one of those cars that have a following. Its too expensive for some high school honda kid to "rice out" with ebay bolt on garbage. On the other hand I dont believe in heavily modifying a vehicle unless its from the ground up ( done right ). Im a master tech at a performance luxury auto dealer and i see alot of stupid stuff. after 10 years working on some of the fastest production cars on the road ive learned if you want a fast car, but a fast car. Dont buy a somewhat fast car and try to make it faster, it usually results in problems and exceeds what the car was made for. there are exceptions to the rule of course an i cannot speak on hondas but i think youll get more pleasure from an M3 than a corolla with a supercharger. IMHO

So i know i fire off questions like a machine gun of dumbness but you guys are helpful and i do appreciate it. If it matters to ya, you are helping me out. So here is my latest query... I have a Scorpion Textile jacket right now which was my first jacket. It was decent and has served its purpose but im now in the market for a new NICE jacket. I didnt like how the textile scorpion would ride up in the back. I also didnt like how it folded and bunched up in the chest when in the riding position. It was a decent first jacket but you get what you pay for and lets face it, it was pretty cheap. So now im looking into a nice leather jacket even though i know it will be hotter in the summer. I really like the look of the Alpinestars Indy Leather Jacket in white. I have tried on a few GP jackets and they all fit a little different which is expected. I cannot find ANYONE near me that has a INDY jacket or a decent selection of different A-star jackets or any other quality jacket for that matter. Most places only have mabe 1 or 2 different ones. I have called around and found that they obviously can order any jacket i want but id kind of like a jacket that fits great not just ok. Im gonna be forking out 3-5 hundred bucks i figure i should get what i want. every place said that if i order the wrong size they can exchange it for a different size but it has to be the same jacket...what if i dont like it? I cant be the only person to go through a jacket dilemma like this. Im not sure what im looking for advise wise but what do you guys think i should do? thanks

I have not been on the forum for a very long time, Ive been proccupied with work and life and riding Anyways i have alot of brake questions and I dont know where to turn. Ive asked a few friends that ride but noone seems to know anything. I have to replace my front brakes real soon as the pads are very low. I am 2nd owner of the bike and this is only my second year riding so Im pretty wet behind the ears still. 1- My front pads are quite low and ive noticed that im getting a considerable amount of brake fade lately in the front brake mostly after alot of stop and go traffic riding or if i use them alot. I have had the brakes flushed and its still there, I have inspected and measured the rotors and found them to be in spec and not glazed. Could my brake pads be causing the fade since they are so low? 2- I may be starting an opinion war here but after looking for brakes online ive found im more undecided than ever. Ive found i can get Organic, Semi-metallic, Ceramic, Sintered, etc. I have no idea whats on the bike now as these are the pads it had on it when i bought it. I think they are factory or OEM replacements but i have no idea. Besides the fade I found that they are smooth and predictable and sufficient. I was wondering what i should replace them with? I know thats a loaded question but im an average rider, mabe a little heavy on the brakes. I need something thats good cold but can handle alot of heat as I ride all sorts or scenarios. 3- Anyone ever heard of Galfer brakes? I know EBC is good but they offer a limited selection for my bike. Brembo doesnt have anything for my bike unless i do a MAJOR upgrade which i dont feel is necessary. any other really good manufacturers that i should look at? This happens constantly on Xbox. With Jtag ( hackable ) xboxes and people adding aimbots and wall hacks and all sorts of stuff. Microsoft DOES ban xboxes like hotcakes. If an xbox gets modded and microsoft figures it out the won't hesitate to permanently ban it. Unfortunately they gets millions of gamer on gamer complaints everyday and I'm sure its not easy to figure out which ones are legit complaints. Compiled onto this kids keep getting their parents to buy them xbox after xbox or you can find them pretty cheap on craigslist. Also some RROD Xboxes are repairable and people do know how to do it, while the person is in there its easy to look for how-tos on the internet on how to "mod" it. Oh yeah, don't forget about modded controllers. As long as there is online gameplay someone will figure out a way to hack or cheat. And it seems its getting faster to do so. I remember MW1, it took awhile to see cheating, MW2 the cheating started pretty quickly and now the hacks are out before the games ( google search MW3 hacks ). Its sad but I have an increadible amount of fun playing still and its just something you have to kind of "deal with".
