I know this is kinda old. But it kills me to see so many who have no clue as to what these cars are capable of. It's hard to believe but yes they can make power and I love beating corvettes with my 87 shadow. I may not be able to beat a busa but there are some that will give them a run.

Hello, My name is Chris I ride an 83 Suzuki Tempter GR650. I have few bikes, mostly projects that have not been finished or started at that. I have another 83 GR650 that I plan to make a bobber or cafe style bike out of. It was the reason I bought the current GR, I like the bike and they are not very common. I also have an 81 Honda CB 650 that is torn apart and in boxes. It may become something one day or at least the engine will get put to use. Lastly is my 66 Triumph 650, it is far from being done and the bike I really want to build. Unfortunately it has been set aside time and time again. It's hard loving motorcycles and cars. My cars take up most of my time and money so it makes it hard to do it all. Well that's about it. Hope to meet some great people on here.

yeah i worked at lexus the 1uz-fe is stout not much power but will last forever never seen one in the shop with any engine problems besides minor things the auto trans will go first if anything. i would go with an sc 300 with a 5sp but even at lexus i barely ever seen any of these come in. nice cars in my opinion.
