I was looking for a while when I moved to dayton, but now after 6 years I'm back on here again. off-topic: supldys, sweet avatar Evil Dead kicks ass!
-
It's hard to be sociable from 2 hours away you sob! lol, but thanks for finally posting pics, they look really good! very sweet!

Anthony found my old acct, I'm no longer a ricer, woohoo! thanks Anthony!
-
Aw, I never even got a chance to see it

That was a very nice collection, I would pick the Pratt&Miller C6RS over any of those cars, in black. Full c/f wide body with an 8.2L LSx motor. I have some pictures of the C6RS from Mid-Ohio during LeMans, with C6RS001 on the plate, it was very nice. I think I left a few messes around it.

I would keep the bimmer, much more overall fun and can be made fast for cheaper, plus it will still handle better for turns no matter what.

lmao! :nutkick: -
I just found this of what happened, thought maybe it was just messing around on the top of the site, but unfortunately it's not, this is pretty shitty. wish I could have come out to show my respects, finding this all out so late.

Comparsion of Mach 1 vs Cobra with Eaton Blower
BeyondAddiction replied to DTM Brian's topic in Passing Lane
From what i've read, the mach1, like mentioned before came with Navigator 5.4 heads on them for more torque, so wouldn't them being for a larger motor have larger ports and able to breath better cause the hp increase with less boost, while the cams being for torque would keep the power curve from shifting higher with the larger ports. would that reasoning be able to explain the power/boost difference? -
Yeah, I did a lot of research before buying them, they do surprisingly well and have held up for guys for a few years and on race cars with no problems. They are replicas of SuperSprint headers that cost over $1000 so taking a chance on some ebay headers that work the same for $100 seemed like a good trial, plus dyno tests from guys show no difference in power than the originals. I did have to buy the real midpipe to mate up to it though which I got for $350. it turned out pretty well and they seemed to be very good quality for the money. I'm very happy with it. I just have to get a muffler section now, it's even quieter than stock even though the cats have all been removed, on the flip side the motor sounds amazing now.

Yeah I am screamingsaint on aim, don't get on there much anymore though, school and work keep me pretty busy. I saw audion19's and smokey post about the cars & coffee and thought I would post up on here and check it out again, see what's new, it's amazing how much bigger this forum has gotten, how do I get out of the oven though? I just got the M3 in november so I haven't gotten any pics yet, that will definitely change soon though since it's been getting nice out now. It's completely stock from the outside though so the pics won't be anything aw inspiring. so far it has some CAI that came on the car, I just finished putting on some ebay headers that turned out really nicely, and a midpipe, has poly motor mounts and some tranny bushings. Pretty much just fixing broken parts and upgrading when replacing.

Not yet of the M3, just a couple of the old cars. My cardomain page with some old pics http://www.cardomain.com/ride/385493 one is of my fox on Brian's dyno even

I used to be on here back in 2000-'01 under the name Saint or Matt_97GPGT. I had a Grand Prix GT (yeah I know, sweet car huh) Used to hang out with a big group of people here back in the day. Had to move back to dayton. I am now driving a '95 M3 after driving a '90 5.0 LX for a few years. It's been a while and thought I would get back on here.

we've got a black conquest TSi and it is a blast to drive, especially in the rain right now because the turbo went bad and its been bypassed for now until it can be replaced or rebuilt lol, but its still a lot of fun to drive and they look badass, especially the newer ones when they added the extra fender flares which is what we have, but i cant remember exactly what year it is the motors do have a lot of potential, they just dont have the aftermarket, so 4G63 swaps arent a bad idea for them and would just make them some mean as hell sleepers

im with the pikey on what he said, abercrombie and fubu, and i even used to work at abercrombie and thought they were too damn expensive, hell i worked in the back because i couldnt afford to buy new clothes every season just because they came out with new shit, if you work up front you have to wear exactly what they are selling during that season, luckily being in the back tho i got away with not wearing it, and the only things i got there was 1 pair of jeans and a few sweaters, and most of the people that work there in the stores ARE cocky bastards, or maybe it was just the one at the city center mall
-
i didnt say it was bad thing, i was just wondering who here was actually following it and backing the stuff going on and what not
-
i know some started shit in the beginning, i thought they cooled out over here tho, oh well cold air and vette may be a bit surprised by a few of the cars here in dayton tho, and unless vette can go over 200mph, i know another C5 as well as a 68 camaro that will whoop on him when did i not know what vice grips were? lol and the hole's name is supposedly called Dayton, there are some cool people, just the city itself sucks
-
watching some of you guys come on to the dayton boards and just stirring up shit, are you guys really getting that bored over here or something? whats going on
-
woooo batman! i mean the cheat
-
well, a slipping clutch is completely ruled out for this problem, so, any other ideas of what it might be? i havent gotten a chance to change the spark plug wires yet tho to find out if that might be it
-
hmmm...might have to check that, but why would it not be a problem once the car warmed up?
-
ok, well this is what is going on, when i start up the car, i let it warm up for a few minutes because it has a cam and drives shitty as hell if i dont, but it will still drive pretty bad after that for like a couple minutes when i start to move and give it some gas, it kind if jerks and it sounds like well, i dont know, its kind of like the sound of a popcan when you push in the side and then let it pop back out into place, it sounds like that but with a bigger thicker popcan, and it really wont move very fast the more gas i give it, each jerk of the car is like its trying to get up to how much gas i'm giving it, but the revs wont go up even tho i'm giving it the right amount of gas or even more then finally on the last jerk its like i had turbo lag or something because it just takes off to how much gas i am giving it it kind of acts like a when you start to let off the clutch but not giving it enough gas and it starts jerking, but it makes it in the wrong place when i know im giving it enough gas and plus it will make that sound so since the revs arent going up like an engine with a slipping clutch would, could it possibly be the injectors getting clogged and just not working right until it starts to warm up and i am giving it more gas? its just weird because it only does then when i start it for the first time each day, and once i get out of my plat it will run fine even if i am stopped at a stoplight and take off again, it will on occasion do it later on in the day if its been sitting for a little while but not usually because i dont normally have any problem with it after work, only the next morning when i start it up again for the first time the next day
