it's either take the existing subframe (which I've already chopped to fit seat) and try to fit seat, tail, and mount brackets. OR get on ebay, buy an 08 r6s subframe, and weld that to the bike. Cash flow is not exactly on my side right now so the cheapest way to go about doing this would probably be best.

I need to weld my subframe to fit my fighter. Got a 08 r6s tail, but need to weld tabs to fit the plastic as well as adjust the angle on my 86 gsxr.

Haven't been on in a while but have hit a wall building my bike. Looking to find someone that can help with welding that's not going to charge me an arm, leg, and soul (if I had one). Anybody have any references?

So ur a noob, bought a gixxxxxxxeeeerrrrwr, and want to street fighter it. I can't teach you how to wheelie. Just slip the clutch to make a yut-ohhhhh sound when u hear the bike do that ur good.

Need some help/opinions. I've got a 86 gsxr 750 that's in serious need of an updated tail section. She's stripped naked and I'm ready to start chopping, but before I even start that, I need to find something that fits.

just uploaded what I've got done so far to my bike (which isn't much). Stripped her down, but looking to chop the tail section and update it with a solo seat.

Welcome to OR! There are several of us from the Hilliard area so finding some riding mates won't be tough. Also keep an eye on the bike night chatter, the Hooters on Hilliard-Rome is a regular destination.

unfortunately, I just started gutting my bike so it's looking like I'll be out of commission for at least another week. Thanks for the heads up tho sparksnare, I'll be sure to check it out sometime!!
