If you restore to a previous state, it will remove the virus. That being said, you can "go forward" in time too when you pick a previous state, and the virus would still be there. Thats why the "best" option is to wipe it, because this eliminates all doubt.

Well, you can do a couple things. Personally, I would just wipe it, but it will require the disc. You can call dell and request a new one. You could restore to a previous point, but I prefer to just wipe it. IMO its the better option, but its your call.

I personally think we need a flat tax. It would simplify things, end arguing, and eliminate a huge administrative burden that is the IRS. Lets not undermine the principal of percentages. Tax individuals at a certain rate, and businesses at a certain rate, I don't know why this is such a difficult concept.
