Saturday I was at Dayton Dragons loosing game.

But I wanted to share a photo of one of my many trips to LCK, here we are at Lees Ford Marina - I strap my tail bag off my ZX9r onto the seat of my Harley for storage

  3. what's fun is replacing the drive belt on my Harley, after 36,000 miles the drive pulley was worn and was pealing teeth off the belt,

    99b9aaed.jpg

I've got a Performance Machine Phatail 240mm rear on this bike, PM rotors, pulley, calipers erc etc. priority #1 was to get pulley off the wheel and sent out to Arizona for rework as PM has discontinued this pulley

    This pulley is toast

    null.jpg

Soft aluminum, although PM says they heat treat their pulleys, they're still soft - against Kevlar belt

    null-1.jpg

$780.00 and 5 weeks later my pulley returned from Az with poly/Kevlar molded insert onto original pulley

    null-8.jpg

Then the fun begins, have to remove primary

    null-10.jpg

Simple to remember where each different length bolt goes if ya do this

    null-11.jpg

sigh lots of work to replace drive belt

    null-17.jpg

Gotta remove exhaust on my bike to get access to swing arm bolt

    null-18.jpg

Then ya can wiggle in the new $235 belt

    null-21.jpg

    And reassemble

    And bleed the brakes

Approaching the 41,000.0 mile odometer reading

  6. Logan County Jail

    Christian Fischer

    By Richard Wilson

    Staff Writer

    BELLEFONTAINE, Logan County —

A 30-year-old man was sent to jail and had his license suspended Monday in a plea agreement on charges from an August 2013 Logan County fatal crash.

Christian Fischer, of East Liberty, pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular assault and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, five years community control and 200 hours of community service, according to the Logan County Clerk of Courts.

The judge suspended Fischer's driver's license for three years and ordered him to pay a $500 fine as well as court costs, attorneys' fees and restitution, according to the clerk's office.

Fischer told police he was distracted when he went left-of-center and struck a motorcycle head-on on Aug. 11 on U.S. 68.

The collision killed the motorcyclist, 39-year-old Charles S. Carpenter, and seriously injured the passenger, 41-year-old Cathy L. Goodyear.

Fischer is serving his jail sentence at the Logan County Jail.
