  1. Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section, I'm still learning how this forum is laid out and this seemed like the best spot to pose this question. I'm looking for a specific tank bag, and while Iron Pony had it a few weeks ago, it seems like they sold it since then. I was hoping to have it for a trip I'm making this weekend, so I am trying to find other shops that sell Cortech Tank Bags. The only shop I know of that sells that kind of gear is Iron Pony so I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a ew other shops that sell tank bags around Columbus. I'm willing to drive a bit if it means I could get one before Friday. FYI, the specific tank bag is the Magnetic version of the Cortech Super 2.0 Sloped Tank Bag
  2. Thanks everyone! Nope, not going full white. The tank plastics, under fairing, and wheels are all that are going white. I've recently painted the rearsets black, however they didn't come out as well as I would have liked, so I might pull them back off and try again at some point, or just hand those over to 614 PaintWorxs as well
  3. Hey everyone. I picked up a 2006 Ninja 650R about four months back and have been loving it ever since. I ride nearly every day and the bike has really become my DD to and from work. This is my first bike, but I have owned a sport quad for 10 years prior so I had a general feel for what I was getting into. I've been getting pretty caught up in modding and repairing the bike by hand and it is teaching me a lot about the bike, even tried my hand at painting, but after reading quite a few posts about 614 PaintWorx, I've already reached out to Paul to get some plans started, because I don't think my painting is quite there yet. Anyways, I was told about this forum by someone I met while on the bike, so I figured I would check it out. I've been a member of riderforums.com since just before I bought the bike, so any Kawasaki guys out there, head on over, it's a great group of guys who are always looking to help out from all around the world. Check my sig for some How To's, and project walk throughs I've done on my bike and posted over there. As new projects come up I'll try to make sure to post over there and here. Looking forward to talking to some locals for a change! Here are some pics of my baby:
