yeah.. not to switch the  subject a bit.. but seeing as I just got a JCAHO  visit today.. I feel that you need to re-inform your GF that a slip up of that nature, if dude doesn't want his medical prognosis posted or known is a minimum of 10k fine per infraction and possible loss of licensure of the one involved permanently (I've seen it happen for just saying some one was there for a surgery...) obviously its public knowledge that he was injured and went to a hospital via medflight, but the rest is confidential info..

Just to let you know, it is not a hippa violation. Anyone within ear shot of anyone at a hospital can hear everything anyone is saying, you might want to spend the day in the ER and then tell me everything you overherd, you would be surprised. Just be happy the guy is ok, because one day you might be happy to know that someone is looking out for you!!! The guy is going to tell you all about it eventually weather you here it here or on the track!!!!!!! Wishing you the best and hoping you don't end up worse!!!!!

Hey Desmo-brian...I hope my comment wasn't taken the wrong way. I was not happy when I heard there was a helicopter on the way for someone. I wish things like that wouldn't even have to happen. It is a race track though, and...,...,...

I guess what I meant was that I was having a good time up until then. I completely respect the day was shut down. I believe that was the right thing to do. It was good to hear this morning that the guy just broke some bones.

My girl works at Grant Medical Center. She txt'd earlier today and said he's got a broken clavicle and some broken ribs, he'll be alright. I was glad to hear that...,...I was really looking forward to the last session though.

My weather channel keeps telling me 30% for the 23rd = HugePissOff !!! I'm going to go if it changes for the better !

If the weather turns good, I'm going to be on a "new to me" 07 gsxr 600. I've got to do a little work on it over the weekend (brakes,brake lines, frame sliders,swing arm spools). So here's the "how did I forget that" part...,...I've got a new brembo rcs19 to put on the bike, which is awesome !!!...,...all except the part that I forgot to get the reservoir kit for it = not going to fly ! So one of you guys wouldn't by chance have one to sell would you ?!?!?!?!?!!!?

Another question...I know Mid Ohio sells Pirelli tires. Do they pretty much have a full selection ? If not, am I better off getting the bike in to iron pony for a pair of diablo corsa ????

Any help is appreciated. Now just to pray for SUNSHINE on Monday !

Yeah...sighting lap my a$$ ! ! ! It was a little off putting that the two guys I was with knew it was my first track experience, and they pretty much took off on me ! I was like "really ?!?!?!?!"

Anyways...I believe I've got "the bug" too ! I haven't stopped thinking about my first track day, how I can improve (where I know I can do better), and definitely getting back out there ASAP !!!!!!!

Subisti...I followed you for like two laps, trying to keep up ! You were doing good in my opinion ! I really didn't like having "my baby" out there risking it on track (yes...I love that bike you seen me on !!!). That being said, I'm trying at the moment to score an 07 gsxr 600 (blue/white) to use as a track bike ! So I can keep "The Rocket" as is and pound on "some other bike" instead.

So hopefully for the 23rd I'll be there with another bike. We should get in the same group next time, didn't really get to talk/BS with you at all...

Sorry so lengthy, blood still pumping hard from Monday though ! I NEED TO GET BACK TO MID-O !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's official ! Just paid for my two days. I'll be in novice as this is my first track days ! I look forward to learning while I'm there and hopefully meet some of you guys.

I had Brian tune my bike too. He's pretty cool and tells you/shows you what's going on the whole time. Plus you're standing there watching...all in all, I'll definitely use DTM again !!!

Before I left there, Brian was like "hey man, if you're ever out this way riding and see the door open, stop in. I've always got something cool on one of the dynos!" I thought that was pretty cool of him to offer. May just go by there sometime.
