  1. The rain date for the CR Fall Drag Day '13 has been changed from Saturday, October 5th to Saturday, October 18th due to a scheduling conflict. That is all.
  2. No, he wanted $500 for his hood and one in trade, which I offered and agreed to.
  3. I have a whole extra set of these. Lemme know if you need one.
  4. SOLD OUT! National Trail Raceway - Hebron, Ohio (about 25 minutes east of Columbus off of US40) Saturday, September 28th, 2013 (Rain date: Saturday, October 5th, 2013) 9am-5pm Gates open at 8am Max of 90 vehicles (45 General Registration spots available) Price: $36 for General Registration. Non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Spectators are FREE! Gates and Entry: Gates will open at 8AM and racing is from 9AM to 5PM. We will be on the east side of the track, in the staging area/parking lot. Use the east gate and follow the road around to the left. If you are not pre-registered you may still pay at the event if there are spots left. The fee is $50 CASH and you must find a CR representative (Anthony "DarkFormula" or Brian "V8 BEAST") to take the money and tech you in. No one else will be doing day-of registrations, you must see one of them. No cash, no race. Tech: Tech is from 8-10AM in the staging lanes, and all registrants will be required to sign a waiver not holding National Trail Raceway or Columbus Racing responsible for liability. We're looking for no leaks, nothing falling off, etc. You must wear long pants and a shirt with sleeves, t-shirts are fine. A Snell/DOT approved helmet is also required if you're running 13.99 or quicker. Cars 11.99 and quicker should have a all NHRA mandated safety equipment, including a roll cage for 11.49 or quicker. All vehicles will be marked after tech for record-keeping and verification reasons. You will not be able to race if you're not teched in; if you deliberately try to race without tech you will be ejected from the track and forfeit your registration money. Trails staff will be watching. Should you arrive after 10am it's your responsibility to track down a CR representative to tech you in. Motorcycles must have a Snell/DOT helmet with full shield, full-sleeve protective jacket, long pants, and over-the-ankle-shoes. If your motorcycle is quicker than 10.00 or faster than 120mph, you WILL need full protective gear and boots. It's suicide not to. Do not try and get around this, if you're busted, we may eject you from the event and you will forfeit your registration money. Racing: We will be utilizing the staging lanes on the north side of the track that exit under the tower. Please be courteous and orderly to other drivers. The north side (left two lanes) of the track are for ALL VEHICLES ALL TIRES, including radials, drag radials, and slicks. The south side (right two lanes) are for SLICK TIRE/DOT SLICK/DRAG RADIAL VEHICLES ONLY, including motorcycles ON SLICKS. Bikes and cars have been asked by NTR to refrain from running heads-up for safety reasons. I.E; cars versus cars and bikes versus bikes only. If you break and spill fluids or damage the track, you are responsible for the clean-up fees and/or repairs. In the case this occurs, please see Anthony aka DarkFormula ASAP.
  5. Sam, you gonna return my last PM?
  6. Both of you hit it right on the head
  7. Buy it, John. Formula > TA As for the '98 PCM, people really need to quit bitching. There are really no limitations with them at all now unless you want to run a 4L80E, which it can't do. Plus, it's the only year that the coolant temperature gauge is accurate
  8. I will say, there's nothing wrong with the '98 cars. Ask me how I know. Early on, yes, the PCM was limited to tuning due to issues with limited resolution MAF tables and limited VE tables. Boost was a guessing game. His car being a H/C car is not only easy as hell to tune, the '98 has had the benefit of custom OS applications like speed density and boost/2+ bar MAP sensors for a few years now. $6500 is a killer deal for what all is done to the car.
  9. How much would you want to swap for another NBM hood from a '99 Formula?
  10. My MT-82 started having issues at 300 miles.
  11. Yup, everything is good. I'm gonna call Jan tomorrow. Thanks for the input, everyone.
  12. I'm very anxious to know when I'll see you on XBL again.
  13. Tell him to pick up a cammed LS1 F-Body for $6-7k, use some leftover potential Ford purchase funds on making it run 9s, use the remainder to take a nice vacation. Then tell him to go tell Ford to go fuck themselves. Their "customer service" is worse than their vehicles.
  14. Thanks, but again I know that already. I'm pretty good at using Google. I'm looking for people that know this person, group, or has any interactions with one or both.
  15. Any idea who this is or what group this is? All I could find on Google was a quick blurb from 2011 about a charity event at some bar. Thanks.
  16. Check the Senior Member section for details and sign-up. General Registration will be in a week.
  17. Shit, I've never had that problem in any of the 4th Gens I've owned. Sounds like the float got dicked up during the fuel pump install.
