Thanks guys! No fad diet or anything either. I just started being more careful of what I eat and started lifting/doing cardio.

I went from 301lbs to 207 now. My weight usually varies ~5lbs at times. I still have about another 20lbs. to lose I think but it depends on where my body settles at with the muscle mass I've been adding. I'm in the gym lifting 5 days a week and for 1.5-2 hours a day. I do abs every other day usually. I use a protein supplement (shake) and glutamine (powder mixed with water) from GNC. I found a very noticeable recovery time improvement with those 2 supplements. The protein I take after my workout once a day. I take the glutamine once after the workout and again before I go to sleep. I work out hard and many occassions I have no soreness at all the next morning. I'm working my muscles to the point of failure so I know they are breaking down. I've been taking those supplements for about 6 months now and haven't noticed any down sides to either. Word of warning though, the protein is flat out nasty to drink. The glutamine isn't bad.

Who can pull and clear some codes for me on an 01 Z06? I'm also looking to get some stuff disabled in preparation for a header install. Stuff like O2 sensor codes removed, and AIR codes removed if there is any. Anyone here that can do that for me? Thanks in advance! Later, Dale

I'm not sure how much his weighs, but I think a stock one comes in around 2900lbs. or just over. I had almost 500lbs worth of riders too. Either way, that GTI is damn fast!

The first race, he had about half a car I think on me. The second race was about a full car out on me. I'm wondering how much those cars weigh too.

That was my Z06. That GTI is very fast! What are mods do you have and how much does it put down? Oh yeah, what about the vid of me and the SLP Camaro?

Where can I find a mod section? I'm looking for something like a How To section for mods. Is there anything like that out there?

Thanks guys!! Yeah, when they said it was a female cop that owned it, I got even more happy in the pants. I did pick the car up yesterday and I saw a WS6 pretty much identical to mine except it had less miles I think.

Thanks for the replies!! Yes, that is the TA I got rid of in the background. Red 00' WS6. The Z06 is actually black on black. It doesn't have the black/red interior like some did. I really liked it being totally black with the interior and tint. I've been debating on the badges. A female police officer was the original owner of the car and I'm not sure what the deal is with the debadging. The dealership has a couple of badges on order for me. I just haven't decided if I want to put them back on or not. I'm kind of leaning toward keeping it debadged at this point. The car is an absolute blast to drive. My TA put 342hp to the tire and this Z06 will rape it. I drove about 4 Z06's before I finally decided on this one. This one was the cleanest and in best shape. It also ran better than the other two 01's and the one 02' I drove. I'm not sure why it feels stronger, but it's definately stronger. Could of been fuel or something I guess. I checked to see if I could find any mods at all on the car and there is nothing. It's just as stock as if it came off the show room floor. Thanks again guys!!

Nice car choice! I had an 02 also. I had up-pipe, 3" turbo-back exhaust, Samco IC hoses, and a MBC@15.5psi. I got it down to a 13.1@103 in the 1/4 with those mods alone.

Congrats on the 12 second pass! I ran a 12.8@109 on my next pass.

I've been through something like this before, but not quite as bad. Word of advice, check the wood to make sure it's not rotten. Good luck!

I went 13.3@107 on a 2.18 60ft. I'm still learning to drive this thing.
