  3. Tempting but I have no monies ATM
  4. Well long story short, I probably ended up buying a Lemon. It's my own fault because I should have known this would happen since I bought it for so cheap. Not only have I been stranded on multiple cases, which has never really happened to me in any car until now, but I've just about exhausted all of my money trying to fix everything. Reason there's been so much turmoil is because i've already had to replace/deal with the following. Replaced MAF Replaced Headlight Switch Replaced Driver's Side Axle Replaced Clutch/Flywheel Replaced Clutch Master Cylinder Replaced Timing Belt/Water Pump Replaced Thermostat Replaced Intake Gasket Replaced Plastic Coolant line Replaced Radiator Replaced Coilovers This is all in a span of a couple months and I'm already expecting my turbo to take a shit. The turbo oil seal is starting to cause some smoking at extended periods of idle . However.. the car does have a bunch of mods. 5. Off stelzer heading towards morse rd.
  6. I just had Grant stick his hand out the window and hold as still as he could lol..
  7. I decided after everything that I've been through with my car and even being at my wits end, almost ready to sell it, I'm glad I didn't. I have been itching to edit some film so I made a video of my car and my buddy's GTI as a wrap up for 2008.. A representation of how far the car has come since I bought it months ago, and also so I can look back next year and see the changes.
  8. Fantastic car history right there!
  9. BTW, did I pass you on Broadview earlier?
  10. Full speed.. he'll learn pretty quick
  11. Sell me your old setup? I'm interested in going BT.
  12. Why would you do that kind of work without any written agreement/contract? Now all of your time and hard work has gone into something and you have nothing in return. Maybe I'm just too unforgiving and have a hard time trusting people in the first place, but you would be surprised at who will actually take advantage of you regardless of how well you think know and trust them.
  13. Every time I get something like that on my phone I make fun of the people stupid enough to send it to me.
  14. Exactly.. It's all in the tune and a lot of times the choice in fuel too.
  15. Yeah, I know they're different than his DTM wheels.. in fact, I am also now aware that they are the B5 RS4 wheels. It was just a reference of how they more or less would look on an S4.
  16. No, not really interested in splitting them because I won't be able to really use them on the new wheels I'm looking at. I'm already selling them much less than most others are asking for their wheels so I would be asking hardly anything lower without the tires.
  17. I'll double check when I get the wheels off.. there's definately a good chance I found the offset for the B7 RS4 wheels.
  18. Good guess, and that's why the the majority of people do it.. however there are benefits to running a stretched tire as well. Stretched tires can provide a slight static camber on vehicles with a solid rear axle and also it can stiffen the sidewall on a lot of less performance oriented tires. But in my case I really can't run anything wider in tire sizes otherwise I would rub really bad.
  19. Offset is ~+20 according to the RS4 Audi forums. If you're looking for different wheels for your S4 these are a direct fit your car and will look great on it.. Refer to Cred05's sig .
  20. I'll explain tire stretching later, iphone posts at work FTW.
  21. Asking $600- negotiable. Prefer local pick-up. 18x8 RS4 reps 5x100/5x112 dual pattern 225/40-18 Falken Ziex with 80% life left I believe 8-10mm H&R spacers on front Some curb rash from previous owner on right rear wheel but all are straight and have zero balancing issues. I kept these as clean as I could while owning the car and are in good condition, I would give them 7/10. Someone told me at one point they are an "old style" RS6 rep, but I'm not sure if there is such a thing... correct me if I'm wrong. These are all the pictures on hand, will gladly grab some newer pictures, if interest shown. http://a568.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/32/l_9f1ad5a13ca5f43e9f3b0598fc95759f.jpg http://a240.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/91/l_7beda7aca75d1ca97569ddbde513f217.jpg http://a796.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/59/l_6f53ed502e475df8a3dcdccb2602cccb.jpg http://a991.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/64/l_bbdf7a007dfbc565db247ebb15233b2e.jpg Thanks for looking!
