Im not sure how the trails are there but the Stumpjumper is a GREAT FS bike in that EXACT price range too. Lots of my friends here have them, even my uncle at well over 6 foot tall and 270lbs. Beats the piss out of his on some of the most crazy mountain terrains we have here.

 

Myself I have a Trek Superfly carbon. I enjoy the speed and the climb. Buy a bike for what fits your riding style and the terrain you'll be riding. If you're not riding anything crazy up and down with a bunch of rock, then you could ride a nice trail XC bike of some sort. Most bikes will be 2x10 gearing and a 29" or 27.5" wheel now, some 1x11 coming into the mix too though. How tall are you and what do you weigh? Seeing that you road ride you won't have any trouble pushing the 2x10 or 1x11 gearing for any climbs.

 

I have over 4,000 ridden miles here on everything from fire roads to down hill rock. Ive rode the different Trek and Specialized bikes during demo days here, they are all great bikes!

Up in Delaware you have Black Wing Shooting Center... then over east you have whats called AimHi shooting.

 

Those are the only two places I would tell you to go. I haven't been home in 3 years so maybe things have changed since I left?

On another note I just ended up swapping the seat for another custom made Corbin that WILL cover these spots.. I couldn't take it!

Since the paint is already damaged there is no need for the protection

I got a new seat on the Harley and from where the stock seat rubbed there is a small shiny spot. Is there any way to re-dull the matte finish in this area? I can't seem to find a good answer online anywhere.

Definitely different from the quad.. tons of them out here by me they seem to be the family option on my trails. Get a 4 seater so the whole family can play

The app is pretty cool actually, you can do previews of all the settings and even what the gopro sees AND hears! However, if you want to use it on a mountain bike or a snowboard (or whatever) youll probably want to get the remote really. The LCD screen is just another toy as well. The GP is pretty much point, click and youll pick up the video or picture where you point it. I use the LCD for diving so I can get really up close to the small ocean critters ha.

 

Android version is coming soon from what I hear, you should see it pretty damn soon seeing that a shit ton of people just bought the GP3 for Christmas presents!

Have you tried the Home Depots and Lowes stores around town in the morning? Try the areas on the west side especially.
