  1. After it warms up a tad? or right from the start? It's going to read high from the start only because I have to keep the foot on the pedal. Should I try to replace the fuel filter? It almost seems that when it starts to die, it trys to "catch" itself and it ties but doesn't work.
  2. Lookin' to hide a huge list of cars?
  3. It's not the HP that's the issue, it's the torque that's going to increase a LOT.
  4. If it's a Series II (which I doubt.. I think the Series II came out in 96), He'd have to swap the heads, S/C, LIM, fuel rails, all accessories (alt, wp, etc), coils/brackets, etc). Then again, I doubt the trans would even hold up if you put a s/c on it.
  5. Top swap what? I'm sure it's a Series I NA 3800, not the Series II. It might, but I doubt it.
  6. When you're trying to suck yourself off, does the pubes on your chin tickle your balls?
  7. Uh.. no. motorswap.org has EVERYthing he'll need to do the swap. If posted on clubgp or any other site they'll most likely be clueless.
  8. it's going to suck. Good luck. Motor, trans, wiring harness, re-wiring, splicing. prolly different axles. Or just go hear and start reading http://www.motorswap.org/
  9. 2 1 GB PC 5300 - ProMOS manufacture - $10 each 1 - 2 GB PC 2100 Made by Dell 2 GB DDR 2100 - $60 Don't ask if your system will work with it.. I have no fucking clue.
  10. Grow it like the looter http://www.funnystuffblog.com/images/looter.jpg
  11. yes.. I took out all the sensors and sprayed them liberally with electrical cleaner.
  12. Ok here's another update. Pulled the TB and cleaned the shit out of it. From the leaking FPR, it was soaked in gas. Threw it back together. Still does the same fucking thing. Changed the plugs. Wires/coils are fine. Now it starts, but you have to just blip the gas once right as you crank it and it's fine and doesn't die out. When the car comes up to temp, it starts fine every time. One thing left I guess is the fuel filter. But why would it only do it when cold?

    Sam

Yeah there was a window on the side of the garage. All Sam did was go do down the sides of the window on both sides and cut it. Then came back out and cut the top so we could fit the door in. Then my garage floor looked like this -----------^^^--------. He cut the concrete where the ^^^ is so I could level it (garage wasn't sitting correctly.
  14. Truth!!!! We're supposed to be opening up 16 reqs for jobs.. and ya know what.. they're all going over to manila. Good job Chase for NOT creating jobs in the US. starts slow clap.
  15. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-azgWTq3_dU Might be a repost.. I haven't been checking all the vids here as of late.
  16. holy fucking anti-jesus christ!
  17. Yeah. I normally use electrical parts cleaner when I'm cleaning the maf and such. Hell. I think that did it. I just started it up after sitting a good 2 hours in the garage and the motor was nice and cold. Fired right up and stayed running. The big test will be tomorrow morning.
  18. Will do. I did pop off the IAC a few hours ago and wiped it down as I didn't have any brake cleaner in the garage. It was pretty caked with stuff.
  19. I read both threads. Yours would do it when the motor is cold or hot. Mine ONLY does it when the motor is cold. After it gets up to temp, everything is perfect and fine.
  20. yes, but when they go bad it'll start throwing codes.
  21. It does it when the car sits for more than say 4 hours. (motor is cold). I don't think weather has much to do with it. I'll take off the TB and clean all the junk tomorrow.
