A Japanese company (Toyota) and an American company (General Motors) decided to have a canoe race on the Missouri River. They also implemented a new performance system that would give the 1 person rowing the boat greater incentive to work harder.? It was called the 'Rowing Team Quality First Program,' with meetings, dinners and free pens for the rower.? There was discussion of getting new paddles, canoes and other equipment, extra vacation days for practices and bonuses. The next year the Japanese won by two miles. Humiliated, the American management laid off the rower for poor performance, halted development of a new canoe, sold the paddles, and canceled all capital investments for new equipment.? The money saved was distributed to the senior executives as bonuses and the next year's racing team was outsourced to India.

I used to put down probably a 9-12 beers a night for almost 3-4 years? My last job I had kicked my ass so much during the day I only wanted to just go home and drink. Stress probably. New job? not so much. I just put down probably 12 last night and felt fine in the morning. If anyone is old school, they'll know I brought a few beers to the Krogers meets. They didn't bring the impala back until 00. The 04's were the first to get the L67 motor. They stopped selling Lumina's to the public in 99. They were government fleet cars from 00-01 I believe. If you just want a shell go check ebay, there's a few on there.

Yeah.. it hit 12.9 @ 105. I got tired of it and just decided to sell the mods and put a stock motor back in it. I really want a 99+ Regal GS to mod up next but I dunno. I love driving my wife's 99 Regal LS. I just want one with an M90 already on it . Here's the 12.9 vid. See other related video's as well. As soon as taxes come back and I fix this POS jeep hopefully I can sell the Lumina for around $4k, wait for the taxes and just pick what car I want and pay cash. Probably around 6-7k I can get a decent Regal GS and start playing with that.

Yep. Put a stock L36 motor back in it yesterday and fired it up today. It still has the shitty 2.5" exhaust on it. I'm waiting for my downpipe to come in tomorrow so i can actually drive it. Few months I'll be selling it. No more loud ass Lumina drowning out your small block v8's at the track this year .

Tell them to fix the POS batteries we have in our Branches. Nearly 70% of them are shit. Good luck with the job though
