My daughter and I went up to Quaker Steak on Saturday for some dinner, and to catch the race on TV at Lowes with some friends. It poured just when we got there. There was a few hot rods up there. Shawn

I'm, Shawn from Columbus, Oh! Love cars and auto racing... Nascar, Rolex Series are my favorites. Restoring my 91 Z28 305TPI 5 Speed! This is a father daughter project... I had dreamed of owning a 91 92 z28 since I was 16! Twelve years later at a retail price of 16K new I picked this car up back in 2003 for $4500,110K miles on it and clean, clean, California car with no rust. I added 19/20" Boze Wheels custom made in CA to fit the car exactly with Nitto 555 tires, I'm running a 285/30/20 out the back, and a 265/35/19 up front (most ask question). I added Intrax Springs, exhaust, bolt in roll bar, Corbeau Racing seats, 5 point Corbeau belts, and many other things. I have about 10K in it now, right where I needed to keep my budget for this project... I have done about everything but a motor up until this point! At some point I would like to do a LS2, or 350 crate... The car runs and sounds amazing! No hurry at the moment. Saving money and cash is king in this market in these times. Would love to stay informed about everything going on, and chat with other car guys.
