  1. agreed. Besides, Liberals cant push any agenda, they can't organize. Communism is no one's contemporary goal (no one who's considered anyone), though socialism is appealing to some....some hippies. It'd work if it didn't involve human beings, Robot society would love it.
  2. yes, your neighborhood cats thank you. graemlins/thumb.gif
  3. ........*flump scraaaaaaape*......peroxide
  4. As a kid, I've tried quite a few times to keep one of these bunnies. If you manage to get them to eat, you have to be carefull how you cage them. My last two broke their necks trying to jump up out of thier enclosures.
  5. The proper stuff is, at least get a panhard bar. tongue.gif
  6. Indeed it was, but those posts get on my nerves a bit. It's basiclay saying "You read it for me, because for whatever reason, I'm not able to read and comprehend it." Besides, jason knows I love'm. tongue.gif As for whitewashing history, don't think it only happens elsewhere.
  7. Learn to read. People basing judgements on cliff notes are the reason no one knows shit anymore, and subsequently elects idiots based on campaigning and not pertinent issues. Chinese protestors riot to appose Japan UN seat. Chinese police do nothing
  8. Maybe Japan shouldn't have tried to invade and hold China so many times. Just a thought, though.

  10. To some one with no concept of money or fiscan concervatism, yes.

  13. trying to get to 793 south though. No worries, I've gotthe super atlas.
  14. You picked a boat that's only good at going in a straight line, it's the Super Bee of boats. Besides, thats not a lightning, this is a Lightning: http://www.malkia.com/Home_Page_tiedostot/Photo_tiedostot/Lightning7.jpgclicky When I need a boat that can only be used on calm water, and can't go 20 clicks on plane without refueling, I'll consider a cigarette boat. I can afford my boat, can you afford that'n? Men sail, son, its that simple. I make power with my hands.
  15. Is that thing open yet? How far along is it, what exits are open? Takin a trip tomarrow AM, anyoneknow? thanks.
  16. hehehehe Long before you had the privilage of knowing me. Hell, I'd spend a week on the Great Lakes in the wee sailboat if I had the time.
  17. In ohio, yeah. Long trips on open water own, know anyone that will let you borrow a boat for a few weeks at a time?

  21. Brian, seriously, I got a great idea for you. If you have some vacation...take it. Get in the boat and putt yourself to saginaw bay the long way. Give yourself 2 weeks, hit a few harbors on the sunset side, spend a couple days in the Mackinaw area (you'll want to spend more), then bounce your way down the sunrise side, I recomend Presque Isle, Black river, Harrisville, Tawas, then cross Saginaw Bay (you dont want to go up in there anyways) to Port Austin or around the thumb to Harbor Beach. If you can point you bow toward blank horizon and get where you need to go w/o GPS, you dont deserve enything bigger then a Johnboat. tongue.gif I'd suggest stopping some where right BEFORE the Detroit area. This is so you can cruise on through without trying to find harbor in that area. Stock up on fuel and try not to stop anywhere before youpass the power plant, if ya do, make it Canada. Beond that, its Lake Erie, sinc yourself up and point your boat toward Middle Bass. 30-40 miles across open water would be a great test of your seamenship. smile.gif If you honnestly wanna do this, let me know, I'll help you put together the info you need, find sounding charts, and teach you to navigate open water with a compass if ya dont know how. Trust me dude,t hat trip would be great...unless you dont get along with your family. tongue.gif

  23. 12' sailing yacht. Zuma 12 http://www.sailingtexas.com/piczumaea.jpg 130 lbs and 65 sail sq ft of wind harnessing power. I can have fun on pretty much any inland lake....but I hate wasting my time on ohio puddles. I look forward to lake Huron in the summer, open water, and much less stress. Too many idiots in too many water craft for my taste down here. Qestion for those of you with 16 feet or more of keel here in ohio; What do you have to know to get from the dealership to the water? Any kind of classes at all? I've honnestly see some of the stupidest, most clues operators on the planet right in my back yard[/] at alum creek.
