Watching right now per CR suggestion. Great movie so far. Lovin' it. lol
  5. I wanna make a sarcastic remark but...I want all of those.
  6. I have carried my wifes S&W .38spl in the pocket of my jeans, shorts, and even gym shorts with no problems at all. Totally reliable and super light weight. Doesn't help you though if you're looking for a 9. I have carried a buddies LC9 in my jeans pocket and I don't (nor have I ever) rocked JNCO Mammoths. It's not that bad.

  9. If you forgot about a loaded firearm in a vehicle (nevermind the fact you carried illegally) I'm glad they took it from you. Geez. Nice control. :dumb: Apparently someone displaying common sense means they're "on a high horse". Lowell and roffel. Your attorney will have a field day explaining a loaded weapon you "forogot about" for however long being carried illegally as well, regardless of the actions taken to find it. Best of luck. I, as others, have done many things wrong. The difference is: 1) We don't call the police when we're the idiot carrying firearms illegally. 2) We don't lol in the cops face once we realize how big of a fool we are. 3) We don't post about it on CR for the world to see how big of an idiot we are. I mess up all the time. What I don't do is go, "Oh, sorry officer. Just ignore my illegally carried pistol. I forgot it was in there loaded so it's ok. I'm a fully responsible adult." Bingo. Bingo x2. Whatever the case, I seriously wish you best of luck in getting some justice for the illegal tow at least.
  10. You're trying too hard...and failing.
  11. This. Welcome and sharp ride.
  12. Go in expecting to leave. My dad starts every convo with, "Just so you know, we're not buying today." He ALWAYS takes a night to sleep on it and tells them so. Never in my life seen him miss a deal he wants. Also, go in with the attitude that "THIS" isn't the only one. If you find something you REALLY want, understand that another is just around the corner. Don't let the salesman do his job. He'll try to persuade you to buy whatever he wants. Stay firm and as said before, don't "show fear". Walk. The greatest deals I have gotten for myself and others come when we can't reach an agreement so I walk. My brother got his GC, that was listed at $13,900 and needed tires, for $10K WITH new tires. We walked and that night when we got home had a voicemail saying they'd make the deal. I simply told them he was preapproved for $10K and stuck to it (although he was app for $12K). They say things like, "WE can't do that. The vehicle is worth more." My rebuttle? "I'm sure it is, that's not in question. The fact is he has $10K to spend and doesn't like any other car on your lot. If you can't make the deal we understand and thank you for your time." Just make them play YOUR game. Keep the ball in your court. Let them know you aren't buying right then and there and that you WILL be visiting other lots and taking a day to think it over.

  14. SAVE THE RACCOONS AND SHOOT ALL THE PEOPLE!!!
  15. According to the state it's a varmint and huntable for nothing other than it's fur. Therefore...it's killable. A raccoon tearing through your personal property, being trash or in my dads case, your pole barn with your 52 chevy in it (tearing at the seat) DOES make it a "pest". Bastige took 5 rounds from a .22LR that night. We tried to kill it humanely. Hulkoon wouldn't die. This. :dumb: He didn't intend for it to be slow and painful. He tried a quick humane blow and missed. He's not friggin' George of the Jungle who could spear it for a quick clean kill. He tried and failed. Doesn't make him a trbl person. If a lesser creature (raccoon) snuck into a lions den (not the store) and started effin' with the lions crap (family or "property") it would most certainly kill it to "defend" itself, it's fam, or property so this statement is null. I'm a hunter too. A ground hog out near our cabin has been burrowing the grounds around others cabins and causing damage to the foundations that can cause long term permanent damage. I've been permissed to dispose of said ground hog to prevent further damage. I won't eat it when I do kill it. tl;dr Get off your high horses. If a coyote crept into the yard your guys' kids or pets played in you'd end it any way you could. Scott was just trying to get rid of potential threat to persons or property after attempting to do things the right way by releasing it. Dumb animal is dumb. Just because he has the man skills of honey boo boo and couldn't make a 1 shot clean blow to severe the spine doesn't condemn him to some of the things you guys are labeling him as. NON-NUTSWINGER DISCLAIMER: I don't even personally know Scott nor can I say I would/wouldn't swing from his man jewels. Just looking at facts presented and rebuttles to come to my own conclussion. Don't agree with it? No worries. Keep calm and tree hug on.
