Ive got an Eee PC 900A netbook that I bought from Trish on Central Ohio Subarus. I literally have only used it like twice since I bought it, because I ended up buying a Lenovo laptop. I was hanging on to it to tune my car with, but whatever, I need cash for the Suby project. I just want what I paid for it, $180. From what I understand, that still a good value for these. Don't get this confused with the standard Eee PC 900. The 900A has an Atom processor.

Backgounder is the single most useful app in existence. You have to have a jailbroken phone to get it. Second to that is 3G Unrestrictor, which lets you do stuff like download large things from the App store over or use Skype over 3G instead of having to be on WiFi. As for regular apps, I like Simplify Media, it streams your music to your phone, so you can have your entire music library in your pocket.

Yeah, its usually easier to reformat the machine. I would go that route. Save whatever data you can that isn't backed up, then start over.
